Phantom of the Opera AU but it's 2024 and Erik is an actual phantom and somehow made his way to America and decided to hang out in a middle school auditorium, in a storage closet that no one goes in

Some 8th grade girl discovers him after hearing noises coming from the room, and is finally convinced by him that he's an actual ghost and not just some dude who broke into the school and is living in the attic
