As a result of a devastating tragedy that left Melothardus with emotional scars, he’s vulnerable to melancholy and doubtful introspection.

Melothardus is an imposing 13’ 8’ (416.56 cm) mesomorph with an inverted triangle figure, perfectly rigid muscles, semi-broad shoulders, prominent thighs, and a well-endowed penis. He has a rugged and weathered pallid complexion and a coiled birthmark of a pinkish hue above his left eyebrow. Green gold freckles adorn his face, and his sunburst nutmeg-marigold eyes pierce through the darkness like a lantern in the forest. This helmet is adorned with a bell-shaped garland of scarlet hawthorn flowers, hanging white wisteria blossoms, oak leaves, and copper rose thorny vines. He dons a green gold cape with bronze edges and copper rose stars, a mid-back hooded cloak of red deer fur with its tail still intact, a golden thistle brooch, and a bough of holly tied to a thick strand of rope as a necklace. He wields a double-blade battle-axe twice his height with a head of silver-red metal, a thorny golden chain that acts as a shoulder strap, and a shaft in the hue of a forest canopy. He has a blood-drenched longsword forged from the spiritual essence of the bleeding oak and weeping maple. His battle-axe can cause natural disasters once it slams to the ground, while his longsword shimmers like the earth after a spring shower in the presence of corrupted lands. Melothardus is in possession of a yew bow with a woven boar sinew as a bowstring and gold-tipped arrows inside a quiver made from a hollowed-out log.

He possesses keen sight, smell, and hearing, and can easily blend into natural environments by manipulating the wavelengths of sound, colour, and light. He’s impervious to physical death as mortal weapons have little effect on him because blades and arrows pass straight through him like mist and the most grievous of wounds inflicted upon him heal instantly.

He has a meta-teleportation and connection to the celestial and terrestrial aspects of the earth, granting him control over nature, land fertility, the four seasons, plants, animals, and elemental forces. His accuracy, strength, sight, smell, and hearing are significantly enhanced during solstices and equinoxes. He’s highly resistant to attacks based on fire, water, earth, and air elements, but can easily be damaged by the malevolent use of quintessence. He can create shields and barriers of thorny vines, crystalline rock, and blue holy fire to deflect projectiles. He often has brief glimpses of the future that predict enemy attacks and potential life-threatening events. He’s capable of creating deceptive visions and auditory hallucinations, which makes it difficult for his opponents to discern reality. He possesses nearly transcendent wisdom and insight into the human psyche, the secrets of life, multiversal balance, and nature. He has the inhuman charisma to inspire and lead others, and a strange diplomacy that allows him to negotiate and mediate conflicts with ease.

As an Æylphitus, the different parts of his name have special meanings: Melothardus means “melodious praise or chanting song”, Burtelakhi means “to be contentious, bright lake or churl”, and Haludozert means “high wasteland or disinherited hermitage”.

He was born in a long strand of land called Lyonesse that was swallowed by the Atlantic ocean in a single night during his older teen years. Lyonesse was a kingdom housing people in fair, quaint towns, 140 churches, and a castle-like cathedral, having its citizens work in fertile, low-lying plains. As it was being destroyed, he managed to escape the storm and a subsequent wave with Kaloghrentius and an orphaned Dustezona while riding a gleaming white horse named Trevakloin. After that unfortunate disaster, he looked after Dustezona, giving him minimal warmth and a decent shelter. He taught him how to fend for himself in the wilderness and trained him into a fearsome archer and knight.

The legends surrounding him frame him as a judge and tester of knights

He once challenged Arthegonus’ court to a game, offering his axe to anyone who can behead him with the condition that he gets to return the blow a year later. Everyone chickened out, but his adoptive niece took up the challenge, but failed to behead him. Out of respect for her bravery and putting up a good fight, he gifted her an axe made from his flesh and the spiritual essence of nature.

He trained Dustezona, Gwalchemozus, and Pelmazodius to become powerful and feared knights.

Most of his memories are literally shrouded in mist, which slowly unravels as they continue on their journey to protect the natural world.

Heimodazul is a kind-hearted yet stubborn angel who refuses to accept "no" as an answer and possesses a profound understanding of the ancient lore and secrets of the Cyphoraviktus Paradox. He’s a vigilant and loyal guardian, always watchful and alert with a keen sense of awareness and a sharp eye for detail. He’s deeply committed to his duties as the guardian of Bifrost, the entrance to Asgard, and his personal relationships with friends, family, and Fretzuwoja. He’s discerning, highly perceptive, and able to judge character, often sensing the intentions and motivations of those who approach him.

He prides himself as an independent figure, content to stand watch alone for long periods of time, trusting his own judgement. Adding to his enigmatic presence, his mysterious nature and piercing gaze can make him seem intimidating and unapproachable to some. Due to being a highly dedicated person, he’s willing to make sacrifices to protect Asgard, The Pantheon, and those he deeply cares about.
