Oceanus is the Titan of the waters, his status is often compared to Poseidon’s, which is true in a way but he was the ruler before him. He is married to Tethys, another Titan of the sea. Together they have 3000 daughters called the Oceanids, and sons called the Potamoi, the numbers for them is unknown. He did not participate in the Titanomachy and remained neutral, even after Zeus became the new ruler of the heavens. however, he did not share the same reaction with Poseidon. Because Oceanus is a titan, he can call and create bodies of water, even being able to grow to big forms.

- Their most known daughter is Amphitrite, who’s currently the wife of Poseidon and has taken over the roll from her mother Tethys.

- another daughter who is known is Leuce, the sister of Amphitrite who was once a lover of Hades, after her death she was transformed into a white polar.

Oceanus has pale skin, blue eyes with black sclera and black hair with blue eyes. His pale skin is considered special, mainly because most of the sea inhabitants either have colors as their race or dark skin from his wife Tethys. The reason Oceanus has pale skin is because it’s see-trough. so if one was to shine a light behind him, you could see his skeleton and organs, but that only happens if he’s out of the sea and has the light of the sun on his body, many mistake it as him ‘weakening’ which is again not true and just a rumor.

The reason as to why he has black sclera’s is still unknown, some think he tattooed both of his eyes to intimidate others with his glowing blue eyes as contrast, which is still a rumor. some think it’s because of an accident with oil slipping into the depths of the sea. in order to stop it from being spread further, Oceanus took on a bigger form and let the oil be soaked into his eyes and , preventing it from polutting the sea. He can still see as fine as he did before, with still having immense capability of seeing underwater, even in the darkest depths of the sea. His hair was originally blue, but because of the oil it turned black, but not all of it hence the blue ends. Overtime Oceanus wasn’t opposed to having hair like this and actually came to like it.

Unlike most characters, Oceanus doesn’t have colored lips. This is because he is not youthful anymore and doesn’t has the time or energy to do it, You can see this as a sign that he’s neglecting his appearance a little and only does the bare minimum. During his youth he often had light blue colored lips or a darker brown shade. He isn’t bad looking now, just older yet attractive. So a dilf I guess you can say.

For his clothes it’s simple and old fashioned unlike his wife Tethys, He wears a cloth around his waist that goes from right to left and for the rest only ever wears jewelry like chains or necklaces.To the opposite of the cloth are chains that go from left to right He does have pearls in his hair on rare occasions or golden accents, only of he has to. He has quite the tall complex {around 210 cm tall} and a rather muscular body. he is not lean like Poseidon but actually...wide? in a way. The cloth around his waist is a rather teal color and has thin golden chains attached to them going in the same direction of the wrinkles in the cloth. On the right side of his body there is a slit in the cloth, held together by a dark faded purple starfish, under the starfish are also 3 chains the help the cloth stay together. around his neck Oceanus has 1 jewel on each side, each having exactly 3 chains on each side going from the neck to rather the collarbone.

On Oceanus’ left shoulder is his skin a rather light blue color with scales. this is to show that apart from his ‘godly’ and bigger form he also has another form what causes his to turn blue ith scales and sharp teeth and big eyes with no irises. This form is usually associated with Sirens who have shown their true form, this is because Tethys represents the beauty yet cruel side shown in her personality. While Oceanus is scary yet cold and gentle when he wants to be. The scales and blue skin are also present on the tips of his ears. despite not being a nymph he does have sea nymph ears, they’re pointy and way bigger than a human’s ear.

Oceanus also has a Tattoo on the right shoulder of his body, the text written in greek, even though he is Atlantean himself. meaning he is from the realm of Atlantis, and actually lived there until Poseidon became it’s new ruler. The text on his shoulder is ‘Τηθύς’ in old greek, the tekst is the name of his wife Tethys. But during the time he got the tattoo he was still engaged to Tethys.

Personality:

Oceanus is described to be a wise and stricht man, yet has his softer and emotional side for his family. He isn’t on bad terms with the gods and actually had good relationships with other pantheons, he doesn’t have much opinions and even when he does he keeps it to himself. Despite his stand off-ish, cold and stoic nature he is also a romantic, shown to when he interacts with tethys. He is also shown to be the more empathetic and favorite parent among his children for letting them get away with almost everything.

during his younger years the had a more reckless and rude personality, showed respect to elders and those he seemed fit, during that time he also spent a lot of time getting in trouble, but making allies in the process which resulted in him making 3 other families having close ties, one being Tethys, his wife. each duke has sworn loyalty to the royal family of Oceanus, resulthing in the dukedoms not accepting Poseidon as ruler until it’s a royal member that marries into the family

Oceanus isn’t a participant in Rangnarok, nor watched the most of the fights except Poseidon and Susanoo’s. He instead ruled the ocean in absent of Poseidon. He thinks it’s unnecessary to hold one as many of the humans already forgot about their existence and doesn’t think of them as gods and a religion but as mythology and folk lore for shits n giggles. He also thinks despite the bad things human do, they also have done a lot good in the world and invented great things. During Poseidon’s fight he already noticed how Poseidon wasn’t taking his opponent serious at all and toyed with him with a non chalant attitude. This resulted in Oceanus being slightly irritated with his son-in-law as he already knew that it would be a critical point. Further more could Oceanus already tell that Kojiro wasn’t someone to be taken lightly as Oceanus has recognition for great warriors and already recognized sasaki.

Oceanus and Tethys an Tethy

Oceanus has a very romantic, passionate and over all positive relationship with his wife. Most inhabitants joke that Oceanus and Tethys are still in their honeymoon phase. However the couple did have some arguments here and there, most of them were talked out and they found their straight line with each other. Except for one argument they still disagree on till this day: The marriage of Poseidon and their Daughter Amphitrite. Despite that, it is save to say that Oceanus and Tethys have a parraelled relationship compared to Amphitrite and Poseidon. Oceanus and Tethys’ marriage is based on love, devotion and loyalty out of the heart and healthy while Poseidon and Amphitrite’s marriage is rather toxic and based on lust, status and loyalty out of duty and morals. Oceanus shares a past with tethys, falling in love with her when they got to know each other during duties.

Oceanus and his kids

Oceanus is known to be a girls dad, having a soft spot for his daughters yet also being overprotective towards them. Because of his kids he changed as a person, being less reckless and he let go of his rude personailty, instead having a more stoic and open mind set. He dearly loves his children and is very devastated by their deaths, during those times he spents his time alone trying to regain his composure and collecr his feelings. He is shown to always make a body of water resembling their children from their infant state to the ste they perished, always hugging them and telling them how sorry he is for not protecting them. this is why he grew to dislike most of the Greek gods over time yet keeps his mouhth shut to prevent putting his family in danger. Resulting in him only speaking when he sees fit.

Oceanus and Amphitrite an Amphitrit

Oceanus doesn’t favor Amphitrite but noticed how Amphitrite was slowly pushed onto taking a older sister role. Oceanus noticed how things got harder for her, keeping up with her sisters, taking care of them while also trying to do her duties as the eldest child of Oceanus, making sure she is not neglecting her education and just overall trying please everyone. This really concerened him and as a last resort promised her that she will get his title, hoping he can make it up to her for all the pressure. But when he met with the Fates it was clear that Poseidon was supposed to be the ruler. Oceanus knew he can’t oppose the fates as that is the reality and tried to find a way to keep his promise yet make sure he didn’t change the prophecy. This resulted in him arranging a marriage with Poseidon, meeting him before Amphitrite to see if he was a great man. On the marriage day itself Oceanus lost his composure and even offered Amphitrite to cover and run away if that’s what she wants despite putting everyone in danger, Amphitrite noticed this and reassured him that she would be fine.

Oceanus and Poseidon an Peido

Oceanus and Poseidon have a civil relationship. Oceanus was the one to come to Poseidon and offer the marriage proposal. He used sensitive and degrading manners to do so, telling Poseidon that he has no connection to the sea and bringing up the fact that the Inhabitants and dukedoms won’t accept or acknowledge him as the new ruler. After pointing out the flaws, Oceanus offered Poseidon to marry Amphitrite as she was well loved by the inhabitants and was the best fit for him, half because she was the only daughter that could handle someone like Poseidon but mainly to keep his promise. Poseidon and Oceanus only ever saw each other when necessary, Oceanus even took on a mentor like roll for Poseidon helping him with sea duties and not judging him unlike Tethys. During their first meeting they were actually surprisingly chill.

“IDIOT idiotic idiot! How is he the god of the sea and storms?” Tsukuyomi roamed around the bedroom in a hissy fit as you read. The words would have jumbled in your brain if you weren't used to his angry tantrums, which didn't happen too often but left a mark on you in the centuries you spent together. 

Your sight went to the curved marble of your windows, which reflected the bright moon and stars in the blue sky of night. 

Amaterasu must have been pleased with the visit through the brighter glow of the moon, while Tsukuyomi’s disturbance aggravated the extra glow to the large stone, and your wonderful children in the sky shared your amusement, twinkling brightly alongside their companions.

“How dare he pursue a former human! They are such filthy beings! They grovel in the dirt below us, and he chose to love her? He could have done much better!” The rattling of his necklace brought you out of your read, to which you shook your head and then sighed.

“Are you going to be upset for much longer? Susano'o’s made his choice on who to be with. It’s nighttime. We should leave this for the next day.” Said you, then placed the book on the drawer beside you, mused.

“Why are you smiling? Does it amuse you that I’m upset?” Tsukuyomi looked at you, visibly upset and his hair in a slight mess from him clutching it. “It's a bit amusing to see you worked up.” You answered with a hum, patting the blanket beside you. “Get into bed, my love. It wouldn’t do you any good to stress.” 

“Ugh, we even brought ourselves out of our way to depart from Takamagahara just to visit him.” Your husband whined as he settled beside you, wrapping an arm around your waist as he nested his head on your shoulder. 

“I understand. Out of all the surprising things he's done in a while, this exceeds them.” You sighed. “At least she earned the title of demigod. It shows that she's remarkable.” 

“I don't care. It's disgraceful for a god to be considered one with man; much more be involved with one.” 

Tsukuyomi traced idle lines on the curves of the star marks trailed on your arms. “She noticed the birth of this star. A new one.” He whispered lovingly towards the particular mark, proud.

“Sora seems to have an adoration for them. She complimented my crafts when they stopped by my studio.” You said cheerfully. “She was eager throughout the visit, asking me questions about the stars and the process of forming them. She even noticed the Ronero star on the wall, which many don't pay attention to.” 

“You’re tolerating her because of the stars? She really has you fooled.” Tsukuyomi quizzed, rolling his eyes at your glare. You huffed. “Sora does not have me fooled. I just think it'd do Susano'o good to have someone who notices the intricate details.” 

“You’re supporting their relationship?” You were baffled at that. “No, I don’t find it appropriate to do so. He did introduce her to us today, my Love."

“However, I believe we should give Sora a chance. From my observation in Takamagahara, they both care for one another. The dinner we had today provided me with a raw perspective as well. Susano’o gazes at her with nothing but adoration. We’re not in a position to prevent them from being with one another. Maybe we’ll grow towards the idea later.” 

“Why did he have to make such foolish decisions?” Your husband groaned after a moment, lowering himself into the sheets as did you. “He’s Susano’o. There’s always something he’ll come up with.” You giggled. 

“Let’s give Sora a chance.”

“She is not gaining my approval any time soon.”

“We’ll see. I hope she uploads a video tomorrow. She’s pretty good at interviewing.”

The exasperated sigh your beloved let out to your back as he pulled you closer to him earned a chuckle from you.

Marte is short and slightly chubby. Her hair is curly and dark brown, while her eyes are green with a fleck of brown around the pupil. Her skin is pale and she seems to have a permanent blush on the cheeks. She is 22 years old, died at a rather young age.

Marte is a crusader in the service of the Church. She was forced to become one because of her parents who, passing her off as a man, hoped she would bring enough money for the poor in her neighborhood in Rome. She fights in the Holy Land and becomes general of the troops. When she returns, Marte discovers the fraud of the Pope's indulgences and riches; so, one night, the crusader decides to steal them and escape on horseback in the direction of his neighborhood with the intention of donating to the poors while telling the truth about the Church. For this reason she will be convicted of heresy; she will die at the stake. When she was still little, Ares was angry: someone had stolen one of his many names and it was unacceptable. So, he sent Hermes to check, who became attached to Marte, protecting her and listening to her prayers. When the crusader dies, her soul will go to Hellheim because of her sins, but Hermes, in order not to lose it, entrusts the soul of Marte to Hades. After proving her worth, the king of the Underworld will appoint her as general of the troops of Helleim, as well as right hand man.

She knows how to play the guitar: in the inns, Marte always tried to raise the mood of her soldiers, lighting a fire in the midst of that vortex of blood and war. Her favorite flower is the common red poppy. Hermes brings her one every time he visits her in Hellheim. Marte's character is calm, empathetic and sensitive to the world around her. Her hands aren't fit to get blood on them and her soul shouldn't carry the weight of deaths. The crusader regrets having had no other choice; despite this, she is willing to draw her sword in case someone attacks those she loves.
