Lord Zeus, thunder bringer and rain soother, king of man kind and gods alike, proud king, may you let me stay at my mothers, may I not go to my fathers, may I stay at my mothers were the hearth is kind and were Hestia is gentle, may Hera seek mercy upon me and blessings and let me be at my mothers, and may Hermes persuade my father with clever words, I eat the meal I am going to receive in your honor, may Hermes and iris, the fast messengers deliver this prayer kindly and swiftly.

i understand people's anger and might i say, disgust towards young Hellenic priests and priestesses but please, please, please learn to accept that everyone's path is different and stop pushing Christian ideals onto a PAGAN thing. i understand people feeling uncomfortable but that doesn't mean undermining others abilities. i will not become a true priestess for many, many more years but i will still be young.

its ok!! U dont actually have to pay for it, its a trade, like divination, and other, I do actually wanna post a deep dive on Lucifer cus some girl I know fancy him, and my own personal endeavors, but I would have to do it at my mothers, I have erine and arch angel Micheals deep dive that was paid for, via blaze.

When they call me a cripple on the street and laugh at me limping along, I ask Lord Hephaestus to limp alongside me.

I think of His epithets, Amphigyḗeis, "the lame one"; literally "lame on both sides" and Kyllopodíōn, "club-footed" or "of dragging feet". How His disability is revered as divine.

And I feel less alone.

Not super fandom related, but this blog is already a mess haha. I got inspired to do a portrait of Hermes while doing some research about Greek Mythology. It was inspired by a portrait I found, so I decided to redo it in my own style as an exercise. I wasn't sure about which background colour to use so I thought why not both?
