They finally start doing more stuff with Kyle and Kenny

I think since there was a Saint Patrick’s Day ep last season there’s a good chance for a Valentine’s Day ep

At least a reference to the Royal family drama

Cartman’s homeless arc continues with him trying to come up with ways to earn money probably a Butters and Cartman ep

An episode about Sharon and some of the other moms

Revising Casa Bonita (It would be such a missed opportunity if they didn’t)

At least 2 Tegrity farm focused eps with Tolkien’s dad

Since Trey’s daughter will be voice acting I feel like there might be more Kid centered eps

Mr Garrison subplot

The only Creek related thing we get is them looking at each other for 3 seconds

They did Eric dirty in both these movies.

Designs completely aside, it feels to me like Matt and Trey were just thinking about what would be funny to the average viewer who is mildly familiar with South Park lore.

"Oh, remember how Cartman hates Jews and is practically a nazi? He's a happily married rabbi with three children now. Isn't that funny?"

And then:

"You know how Cartman is lazy and constantly tries to avoid any responsibilities? Well, he's a homeless alcoholic now, while everyone else is almost perfectly happy with their lives. Isn't that hilarious?"

Which is fair enough, South Park is obviously a comedy, after all, it's just not entirely consistent with what we've seen from Eric up until now.
