I'm literally so obsessed with the idea of Regulus who just sucks ass at English. There wasn't as much emphasis on him learning English compared to Sirius, since I see him as trans so he was never really expected to learn advanced English, only basic enough to communicate in small conversations with whoever he's supposed to marry, I also see Walburga having gone through the same thing and it being a reason as to why she dislikes Orion so much: she had to heavily rely on him for communication. Hence, he got away with not paying attention to his lessons and spending 90% of his free time with his elder relatives in Fuzhou whenever possible. His accent is faint but only when he talks slowly, he doesn't understand certain words and looks to Sirius for translations, he's quiet because he actually can't keep up with what most people are saying, Evan translated almost everything when Regulus was trying out for Quidditch, and while he got better when Sirius left and he couldn't rely on his brother anymore, he never fully was able to pick up on English.

Him finding comfort in music because it's easy to understand and other people also seem to understand as well. Thinking about him constantly playing his violin and being happy because others seem to enjoy it and thus they must understand it as well.

The moment Regulus and Pandora became prefect of Slytherin and Ravenclaw it was like the second incoming of the Church Corruption in the Protestant reformation of Europe. They played favorites hard. Pandora recommended a Ravenclaw girl she was fond of (literally no other reason I’m not kidding) before she left and Regulus was the reason for a majority of the marauders’ Sirius and Peter) detention in their 6-7th year. Pandora runs into Barty and Peter dissing tf out of each other and takes points away from Gryffindor because she “didn’t see Barty being rude, Professor.”

Remus and James would give the Marauders the password to the prefects’ bathroom and Regulus gave them (Sirius and Peter) detention when he caught them once, James argued that he also brought Evan with him and Regulus straight up lied and said it was actually Pandora crossdressing (it was Evan) (but he played along so well that James couldn’t argue).

Prefect Regulus and Pandora brought hell upon Hogwarts for 2 torturous years. Also coincidentally the two years Barty had the least amount of detentions lol (Regulus had major favorites) (he caught Remus and Sirius in a alcove that he was going to with Barty and gave them detention) (Remus gave them detention as well) (interesting double date).

Pandora took points away and gave out detention to boys and their houses that tried asking Lily out, Regulus took points away and gave out detentions to the Marauders like there was no tomorrow out of pure spite.
