a local craft art organization has an open call for emerging artists right now and I 👀

I'm gonna shoot my shot on the fence about whether or not to apply with just handspun or handpsun and punch needle I am SO much newer to punch needle but I would love to have some reason to make tapestries instead of just market friendly coasters and such like I'm just frothing at the mouth to get my hands on some BRIGHT colors and make insect tapestries strawberrum chirps

Disability Pride month let's not forget about the people in our community with intellectual disabilities!

I just found out about the Stay Up Late campaign to advocate for people with intellectual disabilities to have the right to go out in the evening and not have to be in bed by 8pm

I learned about it from this video:
