Went on a walk (w/ b0dy ch3ck)

It’s been really chilly this week!

Despite my anxiety, I managed to get myself out the house today, which is a really big improvement. Even going on a walk by myself, extra big improvement! I’m slowly getting closer to my goals of overcoming it 🤍

My stomach has been getting much flatter, which is probably also helping me feel more confident, as always scared of people judging my body when I go out!
