hes, like i wrote, a space octopus!! he saved archie from pointlessly floating in space and paved her a way to full recovery [he is basically like the axolotl to bill but as a loving father figure

also i need some name suggestions in the comments for this hunk cus i have no idea what could suit a space octopus >:']
