When all hopes seemin lost, Player steps in n' offers em a deal they can't refuse. They challenge 'em to a battle, one where Player wavers their prized keys in exchange for Anna's life. If the Shadow Clan win, they get their keys along with the Frigid one but they gotta leave Anna alone. If Player win, they gotta skedaddle and leave Anna alone. No keys for 'em Shadow Clan. It just seems better as a deal for 'em, if they win, the only thing they lose from the deal is Anna. And she's worth much less than four whole keys.
