Hello There!! What Did You Think/How Did You Feel About Finding Out That JKR Is A TERF? Im Sorry If Its
Hello there!! What did you think/How did you feel about finding out that JKR is a TERF? I’m sorry if it’s abit personal, but it saddened me alot when I found out, but I’m glad I have fanfics to cheer me up. Thank you so much for your blog, it really means alot to be able to find good ones to read!
At that time, I was surprised and a bit disappointed, but not too much. It might be because I'm not that invested in the creators and more focused on their works? And talking about authors, I've always liked Suzanne Collins more.
About the topic, 'Is JKR really a TERF?' I've seen some controversy, I think you could ask for the opinions from someone more knowledgeable than me, aka @bounding-heart !

He’s gorgeous, and I’m a bit smitten at the moment. 😍

Oh, Blue! I'm screaming! Omg bb, I'm so proud of you! This is beautiful, and everyone should read it! 💛💛💛
Place of Us
Your scars lay me to
waste (mine don’t compare).
A lonely place where trees stop growing,
where flower petals are rubbed between fingertips and water ripples,
time spins in lazy circles.
This — this is where we meet.
Rain in sheets across the lake
(a place of unspoken trepidations),
where nothing can be added,
nothing to be withdrawn.
Raindrops will come as they please — they don’t take requests.
So you and me? We watch.

What Feeds Us
In my mind lies a garden of lush greenery, a forest, a field, a sanctuary: a place of hidden depths.
Walls built high protect things of beauty. Just as clear skies project calm unfelt within
In the center of it all there grows a tree, and it stands above the rest, a sentinel.
Beneath its limbs lie my secret thoughts, dangerous with their painful, jagged edges.
Thoughts that act as roots, sinking deep, feed the tree which shelters them.
Wind shakes the crown of my last defense, rustling its purple foliage.
An image of stillness captured on a page as I attempt to sort my scattered thoughts.

If I was lactose intolerant, I’d be bitter, too.

I think people need to realize that just because you like a character doesn’t mean you need to erase every awful thing they do. You like Walburga Black? Cool, but don’t justify her bigotry and abuse. You like Snape? Totally fine, but don’t try to pretend that he wasn’t a bully. You like Voldemort? No problem! But don’t blame Dumbledore for the way he turned out. It’s okay to hold your faves accountable.
I felt this in my soul. I'm always lamenting not being as productive as other people I know who just crank out project after project while I'm still struggling on that one thing I've been fighting with for months, so I really appreciated reading this just now. 😭
It gets a little bit easier once you realize you can accomplish things at your own pace and that’s okay
