I've Got Another DnD Character, Who, Despite Being Used In A Saltmarsh Oneshot, Takes Almost All His

I've got another DnD character, who, despite being used in a Saltmarsh oneshot, takes almost all his features and personality traits from VRGtR.
Design details, backstory, and stats are bellow the cut, there's a lot, as there seems to usually be when I introduce a new character. (:
Suggestions/critique for his design are welcome!
Quinten Hayes is a young investigator in his early thirties. Raised by his mortician father and spirit medium mother, it's unsurprising to most that he developed a dark sense of humor and comfort in the macabre. What is surprising is the ghost of his dear dead brother being his warlock patron.
Ridley Hayes died shortly after turning ten years old, the same night 16 year old Quinten first started to speak with the dead. A deal was struck. In exchange for new power, Quinten would explore the world for the two of them, giving Ridley a glimpse of the life he could no longer lead. It just so happened that being a private investigator is the perfect way to find trouble and adventure.

Design Notes:
Jack Seward and Van Helsing were the main sources of inspiration for his design, though Van Richten and Sherlock Holmes were also considered.
His cane came from the Horror Trinket Table in VRGtR, as a piece of evidence from a case, and it was that which lead to me lowering his Dexterity score and movement speed (with DM permission) to reflect a leg injury he received some time prior. Somehow I messed up which hand he should hold the cane with in each outfit sketch.
He's a variant human with the Spirit Medium feat, to match his mother.
His Form of Dread feat will cause him to appear sickly and gaunt, to match his brother.
The middle coat design is my favorite, though I should probably make a sketch or two that doesn't have him wearing a suit.

I need a little guy to use as a chew toy, to bury in the dirt to destroy emotionally and physically then bring him back and fill with bugs and mold and fungi and rot
I'm not sure how many more times I could get away with drawing the Devil even though I've only done it twice so far
maybe I'm just tired but I really need to make an OC or something that I'm content just drawing over and over again because it turns out I somehow am lacking in the inspiration department

Finished up the portrait! (:
Might need to spend some time next year working on my anatomy, but I like how this turned out overall! (:
Critique is always welcome! (:
Shout out to my tablet dying again when i was drawing another bi4bi couple!
This time it's dead dead, but after last time I put away some money to replace it, so I've already ordered a replacement. As soon as I get my hands on it I'll start work on some more Curse of Strahd art (:

Here's the next two cards! (:
The suits don't have any particular theme, I'm just picking subjects from a list of species I've made. Aside from one card I've already planned for, none of the minor arcana will intentionally have a creature that somehow matches the card's meaning.

I'm still making art for my Curse of Strahd party, so here's Godfrey Gwilym Belmont! He's not the party's fated ally, but they've been staying in Argynvostholt, and making as many friends as possible.
One of the players mentioned that he could make miniatures out of any full body pieces I make, hence the relatively simple pose and lack of background for this one. I'm just hoping I don't have to draw Rictavio again.
