Just some Cecil. For this design, I just smashed together every detail I liked from different designs on Pinterest to come out with this. I wanted to marry suit Cecil with his cannonically terrible fashion, and I actually came up with an explanation for it.

Basically station management makes him wear suits at work, which Cecil does not understand because….radio, so he wears the most ridiculous suits he can find. This man dresses like if a drag queen and a suburban dad had a kid and said kid went through a goth phase.

I want to clarify this is a possible Cecil design. I have a headcannon that Cecil looks different to everyone in Nightvale, nobody can agree on what he looks like because he looks different to all of them. Only two people ever see Cecil the same way (whichever design you prefer)
