okay so it turns out i was mislead into believing that this show was about a stoic badass traveling around a medieval setting and hunting monsters, begrudgingly accompanied by his singing twink boyfriend, who get into all kinds of shenanigans together and care about each other even when they don’t want to admit it.

clearly, i was lied to.
