Song #175
Treehouse by Alex G
It was released January 17, 2011
Fun Fact: The song is about a person who has someone that’s really special to them, However, it does seem to be a little dark when they say “I don’t think I’m ever gonna let you leave.” This does show how someone would feel selfishness, trying to keep someone all to themselves and only spending time with them (hence the, being in a treehouse and only allowing the person they want to stay in it). The song frames this in a really innocent and friendly way, as treehouses are usually associated with fun and childhood. It masks the darkness.

Song #196
Ashes to Ashes by David Bowie
It was released in 1980 in his album Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps)
Fun fact: the lyrics act as a sequel to Bowie's hit "Space Oddity" which ends with Major Tom alone floating out in space. Eleven years after liftoff, Ground Control receives a message from Major Tom, who has succumbed to drug addiction and increased paranoia following his abandonment to space: "Strung out in heaven's high / hitting an all-time low."

Song #194
Breakthru by Queen
It was released in 1989 in their album The Miracle
Fun fact: The video of the song was filmed within two days on the preserved Nene Valley Railway. The group members mentioned in the interviews that despite the hot summer weather, the event brought a nice refreshment to their studio work. It also helped heighten guitarist Brian May's spirits, as he was going through a bout of depression from the intense scrutiny surrounding his first marriage and Freddie Mercury's health starting to falter as a result of AIDS.
