About six buttons left open, but please don't show too much skin. He is in a bad mood because the hood presses down on his ears.

He is thinking about if the welcoming party for new students (is there one?) will have tasty food

As if magic has been released from a flower that had been closed inside the book (“I touched it and magic came out…” kind of way…)

He looks cool in the outfit but he was not invited to the opening ceremony. Showing the entirety of his horns might make his face look too small… A hood with holes customized for Malleus. There are gold accents (please match the accents at the center of the hood)

The entire rough is colored and final coloring, finishing and lighting is decided. Grim and the first years are in a semi-circle surrounded by shimmering light, like soft afternoon sunlight. At this stage there were colorful balloons, but this background was rejected by Disney for environmental concerns.

My copy of the Disney Twisted Wonderland First Birthday event art book arrived!

The birthday artbook is even better than the First event artbook, since there’s line art and detailed art of the ribbon and broach also the patches on all of their Union birthday jackets. There’s also a page on the vests and the backside of the vest & jacket each dorm is wearing and the drawings of them all with very simplified faces crack me up so much. Above is just Savanaclaw but yeah it’s cute and hilarious at the same time.

I also took a photo of all the official artbooks to date that I have. Now I’m just waiting on the big Design Note artbook that’s coming out on Dec 27.

My favorite part of the Design Note book is the chibi drawings, because they are cute as hell.
