I was rewatching season 2 and this shot reminded me of the discussion about whether Mike was looking at Will here or not.

I know the scenes are not the same but somehow I find them similar and Max was looking at Will here so...(they made it super obvious with the scene of her looking away when Will noticed).

Anyway, I find the scenes themselves quite similar for some reason, maybe because in both scenes a third party is narrating something? Mr. Clarke narrating the Phineas Cage case and the journalist narrating the Hawkins situation.

I think many pointed out before how in this scene the iron over Will's face reminded them of the Phineas Cage story?

However, the way they filmed the scene of Will and Mike looking at Hawkins is very interesting.
