Woohoo! I finally got a tumblr! Only took about 6 years of psyching myself up and then a random whim when I woke up this morning!

(Not mine ofc, but it’s how I feel^)

Anyways I’ll be posting art and doodles and whatnot here. Expect less quality and more frequency than my Instagram (but still pretty good quality I hope because I’m a perfectionist 😛)

I consider my style to be illustration.....idk what else.

I mostly work in alchohol markers (Ohuhu with a splash of Copic) but I’ll start working in digital again if I can ever get my tablet fixed/a new computer. Ahh, I miss digital 😭

HMU for artist friendship Bc I’ve never had friends that do art. (Like seriously, maybe one person I know does art. Wtf)

Anyway content creators are not selfish for wanting people to reblog their stuff. They take the time out of their own personal lives to create edits and gifs and art and fics and the only way to get other people to see is by people reblogging the post. 

I’m sorry, but liking a post does not share it with other people no matter what you might think. And let’s be honest. The like-reblog ratio is terrible on this site. Having a post where the notes are 70% likes and only about 30% reblogs is not okay. And all you have to do to fix this situation is click the reblog button. That’s literally it.

The Oreads

Painted in 1902, by William-Adolphe Bouguereau (One of my favorite painters). This painting can be seen as an amalgamation and a testament to Bouguereau's knowledge of the human body, being so confident in his portrayals in every which angle. Oreads are a type of mountain nymph who were said to go about in large and lively groups whether it be for hunting or for pleasure. The viewer can find themself somewhat relating to the satyrs as they are in the same position; gazing in awe at the commotion.

Buckle up folks I just finished a whole bunch of line work that’s got a story!

So I felt like drawing some more dnd stuff cause I’ve been on a kick lately so I made up a character:

She’s a tiefling Druid who decided to give up on society with all of its racism towards her kind and live in the woods.

She doesn’t have a name atm Bc I would want it to be campaign-specific.

She loves birds and takes care of wounded ones she finds. Her earrings are all small trinkets that her birds have brought her.

She’s kinda lazy very resourceful and efficient. She believes that any task can be completed without too much exertion or force on her part. If there are strong folk in the party she’ll leave most of the heavy lifting to them, even if it requires deception.

I imagine this is how she introduces herself to her party.

If any npc is female and cute, she’ll probably be flustered because

A lot of her character was inspired by John Mulaney’s New Kid In Town quotes.

Any inaccuracies are a result of:

I’ve never played a Druid + I’ve never played a tiefling + I don’t have a PHB and the pdf didn’t load

And if tieflings have tails, she keeps hers hidden because the corvids liked to tug on it

The last couple of drawings are meh cause I didn’t get a chance to warm up, I just wanted these done in time for mermay which is the same reason that I didn’t color her+I’d rather do it digitally
