The casually gathered thoughts, musings, and writings of a feral old woman.40s, Black, Puerto Rican, neurodivergent, atheist/ex-christian, cis gendered, heterosexual, heteroromantic, allosexual, sex positive, disabled; survivor since childhood STILL stubbornly continuing to survive.Always learning. Always trying to find ways to remain human despite the pressures of this capitalist hell-machine.β¨πππΎβοΈππΏπ΅π·πΊπͺοΈπππΎπβ¨[This is more often than not going to be a collection of slightly cleaned-up, random thoughts and musings, and responses that I've given in various conversations that people seem to have really liked and asked to see. ^^;It's not a place where I'll debate, so. Conservatives will not be entertained... more likely deleted and blocked...admittedly, with pleasure. :3 ...And I can't believe I have to say this, but this "will-be-blocked-not-entertained" rule ***includes TERFs!*** π]{ And...To be perfectly honest, it's better if minors don't follow me. I will get smutty on occasion ^^; It's only a matter of time.}Friends In Need: My home situation is..not good. I don't control my household or have my own money. π₯ I'm so sorry. I wish that I did. (Or I wish I at *least* lived with someone who shared my values, who would agree on what is important to spend on.)IF I ever do have anything, I'll probably give through one of the pages that has vetted requests. Please focus your energies on getting listed there.Again, I am sorry. I know it doesn't mean anything, but I will hope and yearn always for your safety, liberation, and comfort, and for victory against every oppressor.β¨πποΈβπΎMay the land be yours once againβπΎπ πβ¨β¨βπΎπππ΅πΈππβπΎβ¨

There's a difference between "disabled" and "legally recognized as disabled," and I just want to give a shout-out to all the other disabled people who don't have formal diagnoses, who don't have access to benefits of any kind, who don't have the ability to use even the shittiest and least-helpful resources, because the process of getting legal recognition for disability sucks ass.
And another shout-out to all the disabled people who purposely avoid getting diagnosed, because official diagnoses can be used against you, and you're unable or unwilling to risk it.
If we look at capitalism through the lens proposed by many Indigenous cultures, then capitalists are certainly stealing Life from the Earth itself.
For, if the Air and the Land and the Waters belong first to themselves, then the only true "owner" anywhere on this world, is only the Earth.
If we arose(evolved) from the Earth, then we are Earth's children.
If Earth -- as it has for hundreds of thousands of years -- asks nothing in return for all it gives us except for us to live in balance and harmony with it, then Earth is fulfilling the role of parent and caregiver to us.
...If, then, the capitalist comes along and claims that all of the Earth is for themselves, instead -- taking and hoarding all that they can and harming the rest -- what greater violation of another's relationship can there be?
This is enslavement: to go up to a living Being and declare it solely your own in ways that it has not, nor has ever, consented to.
A violation of one's relationship to oneself.
And, a violation of one's relationship with one's kin:
Imagine going up to a mother, and snatching her baby from her nursing breast; forcibly hooking her up to a pump; and then insisting that she does not get to feed her own child with the just-stolen milk, unless the child pays for it.
Imagine taking a beloved and revered elderly parent from the home and the hands of the children feeding and bathing and swaddling them; and telling their children that their parent can no longer live with them -- that the children are no longer allowed to see them, interact and talk with them, enjoy their company, receive wisdom, or love and care for them -- but that the parent will now live in isolated squalor behind a fence if they're lucky, or caged in sterile, polluted darkness under a concrete slab if they're not.
This is the callous, monstrous, and unhinged behavior that capitalism conditions us to see as perfectly normal.
