Normally She Wouldnt Have Ventured As Far Out As She Did, Usually Sticking To The Forests And Mountains.

Normally she wouldn’t have ventured as far out as she did, usually sticking to the forests and mountains. But unfortunately, her step-father was in one of the cities when the monsters came. Along with the rays of light that destroyed everything in between.

The crossbow slung around her back was a gift before his departure to the cities. It was useful when it came to dealing with a stray monster from afar, from the experiance gained from using it to hunt, but the ammo was running out. As she searched in the rubble and abandoned buildings for whatever spare materials she could find for arrows, it was there where she met the woman named Mikayla. Well, ‘met’ was a strong word. More like almost pulling off a headshot when she heard the slightest noise from the hallway she inhabited at the time.

But turns out, she was cool, and Mikayla made an offer to her she had no choice to refuse at the moment. And maybe when all the monsters were dead (with help from her hand).  So the small girl, roughly in her teens followed her back to here, hoping to do what she can and perhaps find her father here.

It was loud, and everyone was bigger and taller compared to her and her step-father. Especially the man who called himself Diaz. Height wise, she probably came past his elbow slightly.

“Uh...Shima,” She answers looking somewhat shocked at the herculean figure.

Is That Ok? She Asked Unsure. But She Makes Up Her Mind.

“Is that ok?” She asked unsure. But she makes up her mind.

She gently extends her hand, gently petting the rabbit’s head. The rabbit was not only cute, but really soft.

“What’s their name?”

The man is thin, with red eyes and messy ink-black hair..a dark smile is upon his face.  “Who wants to have some fun…?”

i love taking the idea of “the serum gave steve better muscles and better senses” and just pushing it just that little bit into uncanny valley territory. he can see very slightly into the ultravioliet and infared spectra, moves/thinks quicker than normal people (hes conciously slowing himself down a LOT bc he knows it freaks people out) and is just. really strong. all of him is very strong. he can open a can of beans with a fingernail.

She took a moment to survey his actions. Panic? It looked like panic. Panic didn’t really help, her parents used to say. How it could be paralyzing but also encouraging, however it seemed in this case to be a little paralyzing.

But nevertheless, she decided to push forward, hopping over some rubble. “So before all of this, my dad used to tell me all these stories about this legendary warrior and his name’s Hercules. And he was depicted as this big and huge guy.”

“And well since you’re big and huge, does that make you Hercules?” She finally asked.
