* have at most 3 meals a day and 3 snacks a day

* meals have to be 500 cal or under

* snacks have to be under 100 cal

* do at least one 30 min workout a day

* on “rest day” do a 15 min workout at least

* walk for at least an hour a day

* meals have to fit on a small plate

* incorporate either fruit or veg in every meal

* no eating after 7:30pm

* no consuming liquid calories after 9pm

* have first meal at least an hour after waking up

* drink a cup of water first thing in the morning and last thing at night

* have a cup of water with every meal
