In the middle of JL meeting,suddenly giant monitor starts blaring and it reads 'emergency'

Ofc Bruce picks it up and the JL is like. Tense. Cuz the monitor says emergency.

And then one of the kids just goes,"BATMAN,RED HOOD! JUST STOLE MY BOOKS!"

And bruce is just. Holding his head and sighing while the JL behind him just goes ???? Why are fully grown adults?? Calling in an emergency?? To tattle on each other?? To batman no less?????
