"Jimin stop!" You yelled trying to rip your backpack from Jimin; the boy who taunted you every day. "Jimin give me my bag I'm going to be late!" You yelled tugging at your bag like a game of tug war. The bell rang and jimin let go of your bag making fall backward. He gave you a evil smirk before turning in the opposite way.

You quickly ran to class not wanting to be late even longer than you already were. You slightly walked into class with your head down earning a disappointed glare from the teacher, you looked up seeing your empty seat between hoseok and yoongi and quickly rushed to your seat. "Why are you so late sweetheart? I didn't think you were going to come at all" hoseok whispered leaning closer to you "yeah y/n, i thought you were sick or something you worried me" yoongi chimed in. "Sorry, jimin wouldn't stop bothering me," you said letting out a sigh, "jimin? Is he bothering you again sweety?" Hoseok asked grooming his fingers through your hair. You nodded "he dos it for no reason every day and won't stop. I'm so fed up with it lately" you whined placing your face in your hands.

Hoseok and yoongi glanced at each other for a second before turning their attention back to you, "I'm sure he'll stop soon, why don't we meet up after school today and get ice cream?" Yoongi asked "that sounds nice," you said with a smile.

The bell rang and you quickly pack your bags "hey y/n, me and hobi have to do something right now, so let's meet at 7 ok?" Yoongi said giving you a smile "oh sure" "stay safe on your way home" hobi patted your head before waving you a goodbye.

You noticed you might have got there a little earlier than expected, it was 6:30 and you were waiting outside the shop. You suddenly heard a voice coming from the ally way, "we got to hurry up, she's probably going to arrive soon" noticing hoseoks voice you smiled and quality ran to the ally way but froze at the sight.

Jimin's lifeless body being thrown into a dumpster by both hoseok and yoongi "did you get any blood on you?" Hoseok asked removing his gloves "no, just on the gloves" yoongi looked up and froze seeing you. Hoseok turned around confused at the since until he made eye contact with you.

"Y/n!" You jolted awake "I heard you scream, nightmare again?" You nodded as tae sat you up. "Here sit on my lap, the floor is cold" you moved onto his lap off of the cold basement floor. Taehyung was like the nice half of jungkook, he took care of you after punishments and treated you well though he had his 'times' of anger at you. Jungkook was cold a rough with you and was rarely kind. It was hard to believe the two of them were best friends.

"This is your last day of punishment baby, you're doing so well and when jungkook takes off your chains, you can come to my room! We can cuddle and maybe tomorrow we can go to the mall." He said rubbing your arms. 10 days you had been locked in the basement alone nothing to eat other than one meal tae brought you, you'd starve otherwise. Jungkook visited you every day but not for any good. Tae wasn't even supposed to see you according to jungkook.

"I got you some soup today baby," he said placing it in your lap allowing you to feed yourself. "We got 30 minutes until jungkook get back home ok baby" he warned you. You finished eating while tae massage your muscles and put some cream over your arms to help your wounds. "I got to get going now, ok baby? I'll see you later tonight" he said moving you off his lap and placing a kiss on your forehead and you placed one on his cheek. "Bye taehyung," you said waving to him as he walked out of the basement

Just a few minutes later and you heard the door reopen again "hello baby girl, ready for today's punishment?" You nodded closing your eyes. Hoping, praying, today would be easy on you.

Jin watched as you look around the shelter for a hybrid that caught your eye but his eyes caught you first. You walked around the back yard of the shelter with a worker as jin followed from a distance trying to work up the courage to go up to you himself which seems out of character for him.

Workers always saw jin as a bold, confident, hybrid and being the oldest he used his confidence and bold jokes to make the youngsters laugh. This was a new feeling for him, butterfly flutter in his stomach, and a burning heat in his cheeks. He watched as you tried to speak to a dog hybrid but they paid you no mind and simply walked away. You were probably looking for one of the more popular hybrids like a dog or cat but he could at least try, right? I mean he was nice, funny, and sugar gliders were less expensive anyways. He could tell you also happened to be younger than him, at least 1-2 years which would make it a lot easier for you to take care of him.

He slowly walked up behind you with his tail between his legs and a shaky finger as he tapped your shoulder, you turned around a little surprised. Jin gave a little smile making his cheeks inflate "would you mind talking to me?" You smiled "sure" you turned to the worker next to you who lead you into a meeting room. You both sat down and the worker left to give you both time, "I'm seokjin, Kim seokjin" he said sitting across from you with a warm smile. "I'm y/n, nice to meet you" your voice was smooth and sweet and made him melt. "I have to say, i was actually surprised when you tapped me on the shoulder, I've only ever heard of owners finding they're Destin mate," you said with a slight giggle. "I was surprised too, you just really caught my eye," he said letting the word slip from his tongue without thought. When he realized what he said he shot his glance up at you only to see you looking down with a small smile and blush on your cheeks making him relax.

"Hate to interrupt but, would you like me to get you the adoption papers?" The worker asked popping back in, you looked at seokjin "would you like to... Come home with me?" You asked, his eyes widened not leaving yours. "Yes," he said in a fast breath. You were given the papers and signed.

"I'll go pack my thing," jin said getting up "I'll help," you said following him down the hallways into his small room. He brought out a suitcase and began packing some things. "Jin Hyung?" You turned your head seeing a boy no more than 7 years old stand in the doorway "hey, jisung" jin greeted the little boy crouching down to his level. "Where are you going?" The boy asked "i just found a home for myself jisung" jin smiled petting the boys flopped down bunny ears, "you're leaving?" The boy asked with big eye. Jin took a minute before nodding "promise you'll take care of your sister for me?" The boy nodded hugging his arms tightly around jins neck. Jin picked up his bag as you followed "goodbye jin" "goodbye jisung" he waved walking down the long hallway

"Is he one of your little friends?" You ask. "I guess, I'm the oldest here so i normally take care of the younger ones" you smiled. "I can take you back to visit any time you want" he smiled at you "thank you, this place gets tiring after being here for so long. I'm glad i spotted you today" he in a thanking manner "I'm glad you did, me alone gets lonely after a while as well but i don't think thats going to be a problem anymore" you responded heart filled with hope at trust knowing you made the right decision to give him a chance.
