You don't dare to drink too much because if you get drunk and your boyfriend does too, who will take you both home? You saw your boyfriend who was drinking heavily and drunk too. The bar wasn't crowded like usually, every night. You saw Chuuya who was sitting beside you drinking another bottle of alcohol again, again and again, when will he stop drinking? Chuuya brought his glass of alcohol to his lips, looked at your face then smiled like someone who just won the lottery. His gaze made you nervous, because of that you covered your face with your hand and peeking a little.

“Stop looking at me like that, chu..” you whispered, eyes trying to avoid his gaze.

“Like what?” he asked, with a smirk forming on his face.

Before you replied, he suddenly took your hands who were covering your face and kiss you. He starts wrapping his hands around your waist, moving your figure closer to his. The kiss was filled love and passion at first, few seconds later the kiss turns heated, filled with sudden lust. His hands start to caress your body, making you moan on the kiss. You broke the kiss, getting some air. He connected your lips with his again, but making the kiss even deeper. He bit your lower lip where his tongue gain access inside your mouth. You wrapped your arms around his neck, breaking the kiss again, saliva connecting.

An ordinary day doing the mission given by Port Mafia. You were given a mission to meet someone, well, someone you used to be partner with. You slowly walked to the sketchy alley, standing there afterwards. You looked at your watch, you were there on time. Footsteps, humming were heard. You turned around, looking at the figure that was walking to the alley, Dazai Osamu. A smug face was plastered on her face, her figure slowly reaching to you.

“Well, well, well isn't it the Dazai Osamu?” you commented, hands resting on your hips. She just chuckled, her arm waving at you, “Miss me, darling?”

“Me? Missing you? In your dreams.” you replied, your right hand slowly reaching under your skirt, pulling something that's hooking around your upper thigh.

She saw your hand going under, she smiled while looking at you, “Tsk, tsk. No violence, darling~”

“Why would I listen to you?”

“Because I know what you're trying to do.”

She was right, she was your partner back then, your closest friend for you lol. You gave her a small smile, before pulling a knife with your right arm, your left arm pushing her on a wall, pinning her. You took the knife around her throat, both of you having an eye contact. She saw this as a joke, while you saw this as a serious chance. You slide the knife around her throat to cut her bandages.

“Oh? You should’ve took me to a date first, love!” she joked, her face showing an excitement expression rather than fear.

You clicked your toungue in annoyance, rolling your eyes at her words. The knife on her throat was slowly deepen which showed a bit of blood coming from her throat.

“Stop calling me that.”

“What, darling?”

“That.”

Her face was now slightly dramatic of your sentence, wanting her to stop calling you petnames. She took her left hand on your right cheek, caressing it.

“Aw~ what's wrong with it, love? You don't like it?”

The night appeared, the sky was dark, while the moon and stars were shinning brightly. You were walking up a hill, which is a favourite spot of yours to stay and enjoy the view. While you were walking, you saw a boy with brown hair, bandages wrapped over his right eye. He was wearing a black trench coat, under it was a white shirt and a black tie.

Your mind was deciding the choice between leaving or just ignore him. You know what? Just sit beside him, and ask who is he! You agreed to your ‘totally smart’ choice. Your figure sat down beside him, looking at him not in a creepy way. He was enjoying the view he saw, but then you came. You took a deep breath, before bravely asking him.

“Um.. hai! who are you?” trying your best not to come off rude nor suspicious.

His gaze turns to you, brown eyes that looked dead and empty.

“I'm Dazai! You must be name, right?” he asked, a smile appearing on his lips. Dazai knew you because you had a nickname, people said you were a strong ability user, a young one. He searched informations about you by asking people around the place you lived at. Your expression changed getting slightly suspicious of him. How did he knew your name? Dazai sounds.. familiar. You stood up to your feet, taking a few steps back from him, just to make sure.

“Get to the point, what do you want?” you asked in low tone, preparing to use your ability.

Dazai seeing you step back can only smile until he stood up aswell. He sighed, “No violence, please. My right hand is broken right now..”

Believing his words wasn't easy, he could just use his other hand or something. You groaned, putting your hands on both side of your hips, clearly waiting for an explanation. Should’ve left, instead staying.

“As you can see, I'm here to bring you.. to Mori, Port Mafia’s boss.” he explained, with a smirk on his stupid face.

Mori Ougai, Port Mafia’s boss. He used to be a doctor from what you heard but somehow he’s the boss of port mafia.

“What does he want?”

“He wants to meet you, name.”

And now, you’re the member of the Port Mafia. You didn't understand yourself why did you accept his offer, you were supposed to be a hero. Sometimes, a hero change their mind. After years working under the Port Mafia, being partnered up with Dazai and Chuuya was the happiest thing to ever happen to you.

But, happiness doesn't stay forever.

You never saw Dazai for days, weeks, months, and now years. After he left, no, betrayed Port Mafia including you and Chuuya, you never saw him ever again. It just like he disappeared from this world. Dazai leaving did made you feel miserable. Chuuya felt the same thing, because of that he celebrated by opening the 89’ wine. You could only join and watched him, the person's memories will always be remembered by the person who got left behind.

How did things go south? Why is he, trying to take your life away.

Your eyes went wide seeing Dazai infront of you, after years of disappearing. Finally, he decided to show himself to you. But, the reunion wasn't the one you expected. The person who left you behind, he who left you behind is trying to take your life away.

You tried to use your ability against him, but he managed to nullify it. Heavy breaths, fog everywhere, everything gone wrong. Dazai didn't want to do any of this, but it's part of his mission, his stupid mission. He would sacrifice you just for the world.

“You used to say to me that.. it's us against the world, but now why are you with the world?” you laughed at him, preparing to use your ability again. The only thing you can do is laugh at his ‘words’ that was from the past, sometimes everyone is just bunch of liars. Also sometimes, a villain changes their mind.

Dazai stood still for awhile before slowly walking closer to you, preparing to end you. Raising your hand again to the sky, fire particles appearing. Throwing fire orbs and particles non-stop at him, and somehow he always managed to nullify or dodge it. Burn marks starts appearing on your skin which is a result using your ability too much. You didn't want to stop, you didn't want to lose, you can't. But, fate said otherwise.

Your body became weak, burn marks everywhere. Right after your half-consicous body fell on the ground, he ran to you, fast. Dazai kneel down, holding your figure close to him, embracing you. He knew he couldn't save you, just like how he couldn't save Odasaku. He could only cry, watching you die on his hand. You can only smile seeing him again, even though this is the last time you will meet. Your body was burning, it hurts, but you could only hiss at the pain.

“Name.. please, tell me-”

You cut him off before he finishes his sentence, looking up at him,

“Can we..”

Telling the promise you both made.

Both of you were on top of the same hill you first met, having a peaceful moment while watching the sky, moon, and stars shinning brightly. It was rather cold but both of you were wearing coats. Dazai was enjoying every moment with you alone, until–

“Psst– ‘samu, we should watch the shooting star together!” you mumbled, hugging him tight from behind his neck. The brown haired boy sighed,

“Shooting star? For what?”

“For a wish, dummy! Don't you have a wish?”

“I don't believe in those. But, I guess we can..” he mumbled, trying his best to show that he’s not interested but failed anyways.

Watching the shooting star with Dazai was your last promise. A smile formed on his lips, he nodded his head before carrying you into his arms. It took some time before going to the same hill, the hill you first met, the hill where something started.

Dazai slowly sat down, with your body in his arms. The night was beautiful. The sky, the moon, the stars were shinning brightly.

After a few moments, shooting stars started to appear. He looked down at you,

“Hey look, it's the shooting star! Quick make a wish.” he said, pointing at the sky, where there was stars.

You looked up at the sky, before looking at him back.

“My wish? Please promise to not tell anyone, okay?” you muttered, letting out a sigh before telling your wish. I hope, my wish became true. He nodded his head as an answer.

Before you told your wish, your hand came to cup one of his cheeks, caressing it. You smiled for the last time in your life,

“My wish is.. I hope we’ll meet again in another life.” you told him your wish, before your life was taken away due to blood loss. His eyes went wide, he tried to say your name out but you didn't say anything back. Finally, tears were rolling down his cheeks.

Dazai hugged your dead body, while tears continuesly rolls down his cheeks. He was muttering sorry’s on your ear nonstop.

“We will.. meet again, love.”

The place was filled with smoke, bodies of agents dying, blood everywhere, and both of you. Chuuya stared at you in anger, holding himself to use his ability.

“Open your fucking mask.” he groaned, slightly in pain on his left forearm. He didn't knew who was under the mask, he wanted to kill you.

“..name? Is that.. really you?” his voice was cracking, he couldn't process any of this. Didn't you die? No, you're supposed to be dead. You got stabbed, there's no way you're alive. His thoughts were filled with it, he really didn't know what to do.

You laughed, slowly opening your mask revealing your face. His eyes went wide, looking at you in horror. His body was trembling, tears was forming his eyes.

You looked at his face, you didn't know what to say either. He was supposed to be by your side, comforting you, protecting you, stay with you. And guess what? He didn't. He broke your so called ‘promise’. You took a deep breath then sighed, walking to him. He was about to cry, fall into tears, falling into his knees.

“T-there’s no way you are alive! I-i saw you died..” he sobbed, trying to hold your hand. Before he did, you slapped his hand away from you, looking at him in anger.

“Watched me die. You.. watched me die!” you screamed, your voice cracking since you're about to cry aswell. You couldn't hold your anger, you really couldn't.

“What? N-no.. I saw you..”

“You watched me die and did nothing, is that what you meant?”

He couldn't give an answer, he broke into tears, now falling into his knees. He didn't mean any of that, he.. had a reason, right? Seeing him you immediately kneel down too, gripping both of his shoulders.

“You stood there, watching me slowly die and didn't even think to fucking help me? There must be a reason, right? What is it? What is it, Chuuya!” you cried, tear welling in your eyes finally rolled down on your cheeks. His mind was blank, he didn't think about it, about the incident that happen. He didn't even know what was the reason, the reason to leave you to die. Did he even have any reasons?

That night was your partner’s birthday, Dazai Osamu. It was expected that Port Mafia came in party today, since your boyfriend was a Port Mafia former executive, well you wouldn't say a former maybe, a traitor?

The place was crowded, filled with chatting and so on. Wine, Food, People, everywhere. You like to be a part of this celebration but you weren't a fond of alcohol. That's true, you weren't fond of it but somehow you're in a drunk state. You walk out onto the balcony with a bottle of wine in your right hand, the cool breeze hits you, the moon is shining, the night is sure beautiful. Your gaze met a tall, brown haired figure whos leaning against the railing. His face was blurred, you couldn't see well who is it.

“The moon is beautiful, isn't it?” the figure chuckled, his eyes meeting yours.

You blinked few times, slowly taking your steps to him. His face was shown unblurred, under the moonlight making him look.. better. Words couldn't rate him, he really is your everything. His gaze changed looking at the wine you are holding.

“Name, I think that's enough wine for today-” before he finished his sentence while trying to take it from your hand, your body lean closer to his, your head falling on his chest. He looked down at you, your eyes half opened. His lips forming a smile, hands wrapping around your waist. He hummed, resting his chin on top of your head, enjoying this small moment. Few moments later, he decided to bring back inside since the weather was getting colder. His hand wrapping around your shoulder, walking you to the door. Before both of you reached inside, you pin him against a wall. He was a little startled at your action, but he was fine after. His brown eyes looking at you while you return looking at him. The wine that was at your hand was gone, and right now your hand are now holding his chin, caressing his bottom lip. The brown haired was speechless with your sudden boldness move, but a smile forming on his lips. You slowly moves even closer to him, until your lips eventually touch his own. His smile seems to grow as the two of you share a soft, warm, loving kiss with each other, his hands once again wrapping around your waist as the two of you share a very sweet and romantic moment together. Both of you let go of the kiss, where your face was even redder then earlier. Your head resting on his chest, mumbling out a sentence.

“Happy birthday, dummy.”
