The difference between their costumes in my design is that Hobgoblin's clothes working on image of something old, mystical and creepy and Green Goblin's costum is half-military with more of practical and useful little things like small claws and yellow lenses on the mask.

By the way, there's a couple of ideas for Metal Sonic's design because I fell in love with this adorable bucket of bolts but didn't found any good humanisations of him. So I did one myself. Well it were sketches in new sketchbook but i thought that i want to make sketch on right side at least like lineart. So i just made lines and ash and i like how it looks like now. And I continue to exploit the idea about Hobgoblin with guns. Wanna draw more of him with guns. Also there other sketches with three Goblins.
