International Taekwondo Competitions
Tbh I thought that moving down a weight category would make competitions become slightly easier but oh how I was wrong😂. The Bulgarian, Russian, French & German girls that I was up against were all about 5ft10 & weighed less than me 👍🏾😿
Hey, either have & ice bath or have a bath using some bath salts. If you don't have a bath then just put an ice pack on your knees for about 20 minutes & then keep them warm & covered until you have to train. Hope you get better x
Guys I need some help. Does anyone know a fast way to make muscles not sore? Idk what I did but the muscles around my knee are killing me and I have Taekwondo tonight 😅. This is urgent lol I can’t miss

Being injured is honestly the most boring thing in the world, getting to see everyone else do what you love while you’re sat in the corner with an ice pack just chillin.
