Playing With Fire - Levi (Attack On Titan)
Playing With Fire - Levi (Attack On Titan)
This was supposed to be longer, but this has been sitting in my drafts for so long and I do kinda like where it stops so...
If you don't like unresolved sexual tension, then you should probably skip this one
NSFW WARNING - MINORS DNI
~~~~~~~~~~
Levi was always the dominant one. Always the one to make you beg for him.
But, you wanted to make him beg, but every time you tried, you ended failing...miserably.
You wanted to prove to Levi that you could be dominant in the bedroom. You wanted him to know that you could make him kneel and beg, for you to do anything that could make him crave release. But you could use some help...
Against your better judgement, you went to Hange. They were your best friend, so it wasn't too embarrassing to ask for their advice. Of course, they had to tease you a little, but in the end they gave you some tough advice that you needed to hear.
It wasn't that you were shy and timid, you were pretty outgoing when you wanted to be, extremely fierce when it came to fighting titans. You supposed not being as exposed to intimacy as others made you more of a submissive type, that's the role that made you the most comfortable at least. The times you ever were on top of him, as opposed to underneath him, was really only when Levi was a bit tired from work, but still wanted you.
But over the few years you and Levi have been together, always having Levi be the one to take control and be rough was starting to get a little boring. You didn't dislike it by any means, you just thought you being the dominant one for once would give your sex life a bit more flare.
It always brings a blush to your cheeks every time you remember when you tried to be dominant for the first time, pretty much being a train wreck and Levi punishing you by making you scream his name as he fucked you all night.
You couldn't back down this time, you couldn't succumb to your self doubt and lack of confidence in the intimacy field. At least, that's what Hange told you, but you knew they were right.
You put on your best determined façade and walked back to your shared room with Levi, only entering to see that he wasn't there. It was well past midnight, but you didn't want to worry yourself. Erwin probably needed to discuss things with him, you thought.
You put on your night clothes after discarding your uniform, making sure to fold them neatly or else Levi would have a fit. You felt tired, as you usually were after a long day of working. You thought you'd just rest your eyes until Levi came back, but you had no control of when you fell asleep.
Thankfully, Levi's attempt come into his office quietly to not wake you didn't work. You smiled sleepily as you heard him finally come back, hopeful that you could try to act on your plans.
But Levi never came to bed. As per usual, you were sitting in the darkness of your shared bedroom, the only light seeping in from the crack in the door that led to his office.
You quietly got up out of bed, throwing on a robe and peeked through the crack in the door. You smiled sadly when you saw Levi at his desk, a pile of papers spread out in front of him, his head in his hands.
The wooden door creaked as you opened it wider, stepping though the threshold into his office.
Levi could sense your presence even before you opened the door, an automatic feeling of comfort washing over him, but felt the need to scold you nonetheless. "Shouldn't you be asleep?"
"Had no such luck." You smirked, even though he wasn't looking at you, his eyes still trained on his paperwork.
Levi sighed at your expense, knowing that you always slept better with him by your side. He was assigned this pile of paperwork that needed to be done, even if it wasn't supposed to be turned in for a couple weeks. But the perfectionist in him wanted it all to be done by morning at least.
Levi finally looked up when you stood in front of his desk, eyeing the pile of paper with a slight frown. But what was more notable to him was how deep the neckline in your shirt was, and how little you were wearing beneath your robe.
You may have bought skimpier pajamas just for this special occasion, knowing that it would get his attention. The fabric was so thin, the cold air in the room caused your nipples to harden, which of course got his attention.
You pouted slightly when Levi kept his usual bored expression on his face, ignoring your obvious advances towards him and focusing back on his work. "Hmm..." You hummed lightly, you weren't exactly expecting to be ignored. "Do you need help?" You asked sweetly, trying to take a different approach.
Levi raised a brow, "You want to do paperwork?"
"No, but I can do anything else." You smirked.
Levi narrowed his eyes. "Fine, you can put these binders back on that shelf over there. Make sure they're in order." Levi ordered, handing over a stack of work binders.
You had a hard time hiding the less than pleased expression on your face, catching the sly smirk Levi had on his face that made you even more agitated.
You shucked off your robe with a sigh, carrying the binders over to the shelf across the room, but an idea quickly sprung to your head. It was less than original, very cliché, but it might do the trick, or at least fuel the fire you were trying to light.
You tripped a little, stumbling and accidently letting a could binders fall to the floor with a loud smack. "Damn..." You mumbled, looking over your shoulder to see if Levi was staring at you. He was, but with an annoyed expression.
"Be careful, brat." He snapped.
"Sorry, Levi." You said, biting your lip to keep your mischievous smile from showing.
You slowly bent down to the floor, trying to make a show of yourself while cleaning up your "accidental" mess.
Levi grit his teeth, aware of what you were trying to do. Those shorts you were wearing weren't leaving much to the imagination, definitely not the loose tank top that was riding up your back. You are playing with fire, Levi thought, tightening his hands into fists.
You smirked when you heard Levi's breath hitch slightly when you stood up, letting your shorts ride up and show off your ass. But you went on with putting away the binders as if everything was normal, part of your master plan.
Levi scowled and bit his lip when he started to become intensely aware of how tight his pants were; your actions, no matter how hard he tried to ignore them, still affected him and were no match for how ever present Levi's attraction was for you.
You heard the squeaking of a chair and quickly felt the presence of Levi behind you. "What?" You asked innocently.
Levi chuckled darkly. "You don't fool me, you know what you've been doing."
"What ever do you mean?"
Levi harshly grabbed your wrist, his other hand wrapping around your throat, his face so close to yours you could feel his hot breath. "What's that saying about playing with fire, brat? If you play with fire...?" He whispered, the grip on your throat getting tighter.
You bit your lip, almost succumbing to Levi's dominant nature, the feeling of his hand around your throat making your sex throb for him, but you quickly reminded yourself what your mission was in the beginning.
Levi let out an inaudible gasp as you switched him around, keeping him pressed against the wall; your forearm pressed against his chest and your other hand now cupping his jaw. "You're gonna get burned."
"What the hell do you think you're doing, brat?" He asked darkly, but was slightly interested in what you had planned.
"I'm in control tonight." You said simply.
Levi narrowed his eyes with a slight smirk. "You think you can control me, brat?" He said playfully.
Levi grunted when you suddenly palmed his hardened erection harshly. You smiled sweetly. "I'm not giving you a choice, Captain."
Levi smirked. "Do your worst then."
Trauma Nightmares - Ben Miller (Escape Room)
I believe I will be at least one of the first people to make an x reader for this character, which is like, unacceptable. Ben is a cinnamon roll and deserves more love. Get👏🏻with👏🏻the👏🏻program👏🏻sheeple
! ! ! Spoilers for the Escape Room movies ! ! !
~~~~~~~~~~
(my gif)

You awoke to the sound of whimpering.
At first, your thoughts immediately went to your dog, maybe he needed to go out? But as you gained more consciousness, you realized it wasn't your dog at all.
You looked over to see your boyfriend's sleeping form in the dark, but you quickly noticed that something was wrong.
You quickly turned on your bedside lamp, illuminating Ben's face to show you his face contorted in a fearful expression, his eyes shut tightly and his fists clenching. He was whimpering and whispering words that only sounded muffled to you.
He was having another nightmare.
As soon as you saw tears streaming down his face, you gently shook him. "Ben." You said as softly as possible, caressing his face. He woke with a jolt, grabbing you by your shoulders tightly, wildly looking around the room in a panic. "Hey, it's okay. It's okay."
Ben was still tense, but his panicked look calmed when his eyes finally landed on your concerned face. He slowly released the vice grip he had on your shoulders. The tension finally being released made you want to wince, but you stayed quiet because you knew he'd feel awful about hurting you, even unintentionally.
Ben frantically ran his fingers through his tangled hair, exhaling a loud shuddering breath.
You took hold of his hand, bringing it up to place a kiss on his knuckles. "It was just a dream."
Ben frowned, "Yeah..."
It was more than just a dream. It was a memory that was even more fucked up being replicated by his subconscious every time he closed his eyes. There were nights where it wasn't so bad, but it was almost always the same...
Ben was in a large room, every inch decorated in a way that would make you think you were in a rich person's mansion. The walls covered with ornate looking wallpaper, the burning fireplace giving the gold patterns a reflective shine. It felt cramped, fancy furniture filling the room that emitted an old, sweet musk that permeated his nostrils. It might've been a cool place to hang out in, if only he wasn't trying to fight for his life.
The walls were closing in as Ben's mental timer counted down, only seconds away from getting crushed to death along with all the expensive looking and fragile furniture, pieces of splintering wood getting lodged in his skin and shards of glass from the chandelier quickly slicing flesh and making him bleed a bright red.
Ben thought he had gotten all the clues, he could've sworn the code for the door was correct. But the walls didn't stop pushing further and further in. The doors wouldn't open. There was no escape. He could never escape...
But he did. He did escape that wretched Minos building and he was here with you, the sweet scent of your freshly washed hair relaxed him more than you could ever know. Just you sitting with him was enough most of the time, he appreciated you so much.
Ben allowed his eyes to close when he felt your soft skin against his, gently running your thumb across his knuckles. Sometimes he wondered if you were an actual angel sent down to help him overcome his PTSD, it felt like it in moments like these.
"Do you want to talk about it?" You voiced softly.
Ben slightly shook his head. "It's the same as always. There would be no point."
You noticed the sweat stains on his shirt and came up with an idea. "How about I run you a hot bath?"
Ben looked at you. "Why?"
You offered a small smile. "It'll help soothe you." And without another word, you pushed your duvet off and stood on the cool carpet, walking to the joint bathroom without waiting for an answer from Ben.
You turned the valve almost all the way to the left, got water soon flowing out of the faucet and quickly filling up the tub. You stepped back into the room to see Ben blankly staring off into space, most likely thinking about his dream over and over again like he usually does.
You didn't understand what he was going through, because you were never in that type of situation. You were never trapped in those escape rooms, and you hoped you never would. The way Ben described it to you, you wouldn't wish it on your worst enemy. You wished you knew exactly what he needed, but alas, you weren't a psychologist and you felt helpless when it came to his nightmares/flashbacks. But you did research soothing techniques for people with PTSD, and it helped some.
Whenever Ben had a horrible nightmare and couldn't escape his own head, he'd allow you to take the lead and you'd try your best to help calm his mind. And tonight, it was a hot bath.
You lead Ben into the bathroom like a toddler, gently undressing him and slowly easing him down to sit in the tub. You smiled softly when you heard him let out a sigh, the hot water feeling like heaven against his skin. But he didn't have to say anything to let you know he wanted you to sit with him, his big green puppy dog eyes were practically begging you.
You quickly undressed, not as gracefully as you undressed Ben, but you soon placed yourself to sit behind him. You wrapped your arms around his torso, and he instinctually relaxed against you, your warm skin proving to be more soothing than the hot water that engulfed the two of you.
You soon entangled your fingers in Ben's long, blonde locks, gently working out the knots from his bedhead and massaging his scalp. You smiled softly when you heard him let out a whiny sigh, feeling the muscles in his back finally untensing in your embrace.
"I hate these fuckin' goddamn nightmares..." Ben voiced.
"I know." You frowned, giving a soft kiss to his shoulder. "I know...I wish I could do more to help you."
Ben turned his head to look at you. "Hey..." He brought his hand up to caress your cheek. "Just being here, with me, is more than enough. I honestly don't think I'd be able to keep my sanity if it weren't for you."
You gently shook your head. "You're strong, Ben. You would be okay."
Ben frowned, turning his head back to stare forward. "I'm not as strong as you think I am."
"You are strong. I wouldn't even survive the stress of a situation like that."
"You'd never know until you were in that place. That was the whole point of that goddamn murder maze. Seeing what someone is capable of when their life is on the line." He huffed, tensing once again at the thought of being back at Minos.
You hugged him tighter, laying your head on his shoulder. "You won't have to deal with that evil place ever again, okay? You're safe now."
Ben chuckled bitterly. "Zoey wants me to fly to Manhattan with her, to try and take down Minos. I don't the universe has much safety in store for me any time soon."
"Ben, I thought we talked about this. You don't have to feel obligated to go with Zoey when you want to move on. It's not your fault if she's still stuck there."
"She saved my life. I owe her everything."
You sighed, you knew you couldn't talk him out of it. Now, life debts, you could understand well enough. Zoey was a sweet girl, a bit intense, but for a good reason. If Ben was going to help her take down Minos, you wanted to help too.
"I'm going with you."
Ben's eyes widened, quickly shaking his head, turning around in the tub to face you. "No. No, you can't. It's too dangerous. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened to you."
"And I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something bad happened to you. If you're going, I'm going too, and you can't talk me out of it."
"Y/n..."
"I love you, Ben. And I'll be damned if I don't do anything I can to help you." You finally snapped.
Ben blushed, his lip trembling slightly as tears built up his in eyes once again. "I don't want you to go through what I had to. Minos is run by psychopaths and they'll do anything to people for money. I just want you to be safe, at any cost...I've never felt that way about someone before..."
You smiled softly, leaning towards him and placing your hands on his cheeks before fully connecting your lips with his. "As long as we're together," You started once you pulled away, "I believe we'll be okay."
Ben finally nodded, enveloping you in a tight hug and releasing a shaky sigh. "I hope so..."

Ben is my boy, he is very precious so me😊
Heyyy, I'm turning off my request box for the time being.
I've let the requests I've gotten pile up and there are a bunch, and I also have been wanting to work more on original ideas that I want to put more focus into. Plus, I've been a bit busy in the real world and it wouldn't be fair to those who've sent in requests to receive a half-assed piece of garbage just cause I'm not in it 100%.
Hope y'all understand😊
oh beloved writer can you please write a christmas date imagine for will poulter (even though it’s still summer) just pure fluff, where the reader and will go out to like a diner and then go buy a tree for their apartment (it’s their first christmas living together) and set it up and dance to christmas music and it’s super domestic and soft and fluffy thank you bff
Of course, my love! And hey, if Christmas in July can be a thing, so can Christmas in August. And oh boy, I made this one so sweet you might get cavities, so just, beware of that.
~~~~~~~~~~
You were excited, to put it lightly. This was the first Christmas you and you partner, Will, would be having while living together. You knew it was cheesy, but you wanted it to feel special.
You made reservations at this really fancy restaurant in the fanciest part of town. A bit over the top on your part, but you wanted to make this Christmas one to remember fondly.
You still haven't gotten a tree yet, so that was on your to-do list as well. You hoped there would be some nice trees to choose from.
Some people would've probably thought you were going mad with how much you wanted everything to be perfect, and yeah, you kind of were. But you completely ignored your logic and reasoning.
You bought a really nice outfit for yourself to wear to the restaurant, Christmassy but not too Christmassy, you weren't wearing reindeer antlers or red and green bells. It was simple, may or may not to somewhat match Will's outfit that he was going to wear.
With Will's hand in yours, you walked to your car and headed to the restaurant and got there a few minutes early, which was historical for you. You smiled along with Will as you entered the warm building, a pleasant contrast from the winter cold outside. "Hi! Reservation for L/n?" You asked bubbly, the evening already going so well that you were sure nothing could dampen your spirits.
It took a minute for the hostess to check, as the place was fairly busy due to the holidays. "Um, I'm sorry, I don't see your name here."
You immediately tensed, a half a second of anger bolting through you before you simply smiled understandingly. "Can you double check, please? I'm certain it's there, I called this in a week ago." You chuckled nervously.
"I'm sorry, but there is no reservation under L/n."
Your smiled dropped, your eye involuntarily twitching a couple times before your cleared your throat. "That...that can't be right."
Will turned to you, placing a gentle hand on your shoulder. "Hey, it's okay. It happens. We can just go somewhere else." He smiled softly. You frowned in response, turning back to the hostess with pleading eyes, only to get a tight lipped smile as another apology.
You hung your head for a second, before walking out of the building at a quick pace, dead silent as you sat back in your car. Will cautiously got into the car, anxiously anticipating your eventual release of your frustration.
"What the fuck?!" You yelled into your steering wheel, causing Will to jump at the sudden outburst, even when he was expecting it. "I booked that table a week ago! Will, you were right next to me when I called the place!" You pleaded to no one, feeling defeated and pissed off. "Ugh..." You drawled out, collapsing against your seat.
Will couldn't help but chuckle at your cute pouting face, reaching over to gently massage your thigh. "It's okay, darling! This is just a minor setback. I'm sure there are other places we can go."
Yes, there were other places you could go, none of them fancy restaurants. You felt even more defeated when you had to settle for some fast food place. This is absolutely not how you wanted this evening to go.
You stared down at your burger and fries with distain. "This should be an overpriced steak at an overpriced fancy restaurant with live music, arrogant chefs and overly nice waiters who wear really fancy suits and ties." You mumbled.
Will raised an eyebrow. "That doesn't sound quite as nice as being in an almost empty fast food place with no one to bother us. And I quite like my food, I haven't found a single hair in it, so it's practically 5-star."
You rolled your eyes as you chuckled at his silliness. "At least we still get to pick out a Christmas tree, that should be fun."
"Hopefully we won't get hypothermia out in this weather. So, what type of tree are you thinking we get?"
You smiled dreamily. "I've always wanted a full, thick Frasier fir."
"Ambitious. A Frasier fir it is."
It might've been a bit too ambitious, because when you got to one of the only places in town that sold Christmas trees, there were no such trees in sight. They had all been sold out apparently. No worry, there would probably be one at another place. Nope, none there. So, you drove to the last place in town and lo and behold, no thick firs in sight.
"I think the world's against me."
Will trapped you in a hug from behind as you stood dumbfounded at the selection of trees available. Some of them could give Charlie Brown's Christmas tree a run for its money.
"What about that one?" Will pointed towards the corner of the small field you two stood in.
You laughed when you finally saw what he was looking at. The tree was a fir, but it looked so bare that you could call it a Charlie Brown tree. "You can't be serious."
"I'm deadly serious." He smirked, letting you go to jog eagerly to the pitiful looking tree. You chuckled sadly as he held onto it, the thing wasn't even as tall as Will, and even skinnier. "Ain't it a beauty?" He said in a slightly Australian accent, almost cringing at himself.
No.
"I guess."
The look of pure childlike joy on Will's face, you couldn't deny him that stupid tree. It was so small, you could probably fit it in your car, but you didn't want to clean up all the needles it would shed. It fastened to the roof of your car easily, too easily.
By the time you had set it up in your living room with Will, the tree kind of grew on you; it was like an ugly dog, so ugly it was cute, you supposed. Once it had all the decorations on, it didn't look too bad, but it still wasn't what you hoped for. It seemed this whole day you planned out to the T, nothing went the way you wanted it to, and that was a bit disheartening. What annoyed you, surprisingly, was Will's overwhelming optimism. Usually, it was endearing, but today was not one of those days where you needed optimism.
"You okay, Y/n?" Will asked intuitively.
"It's just...this day went to shit. How can you be so...perfect?"
Will blushed at your phrasing, but he knew what you meant. "I was annoyed with certain things today, the restaurant issues, for sure. But, it wasn't enough to put me in a bad mood all day. I chose to let it go so that we could have a good time, that's all."
You frowned, suddenly feeling really guilty. "I was in such a bad mood all day." You huffed, taking a seat on your couch. "I ruined this whole day..."
"No!" Will rushed over to you. "I didn't mean it like that, I-"
"I know, but you're right. I shouldn't have acted like such a child. I'm sorry."
Will smiled sadly. "Darling, you certainly did not ruin anything. None of this was your fault and you behaved how any normal person would. But even after all that happened, I still had an amazing time. We had a nice, quiet dinner. And we got our own little Charlie Brown tree." He chuckled. "Didn't you have a nice time too?"
You smiled sheepishly. "I did."
"We don't have to go to the fanciest restaurant or buy the nicest Christmas tree to have a nice time together. We could've stayed inside all day and I wouldn't have cared, just being here with you is what makes me the happiest."
You couldn't help but lean forwards to kiss him, so incredibly grateful that he was in your life. "Well, I'd say our first Christmas will be one to remember."
"Oh, it's not over yet." He added, causing you to furrow your brows in curiosity. He only winked as he walked to the other side of the room, fiddling with the record player.
"No..." You groaned playfully as Last Christmas by Wham! echoed through your apartment.
Will nodded, a cheeky smile playing on his lips. "Oh yeah, come on." He held out his hand to you, motioning for you to take it. You giggled as he started to lip sync the lyrics, shimmying his shoulders as he still waiting for you to take his hand.
"Oh my god." You blushed, finally taking his hand and him instantly pulling you up and grabbing you by the waist to pull you into a hug, violently swaying to the music. "Will!" You laughed uncontrollably.
"What? You don't like my dance moves?" He grinned.
"You're gonna break me if you keep doing that." You grinned back.
Will shook his head, toning down the fast swaying and settled into a relaxing sway, looking into your eyes fondly. "You're the best thing that's ever happened to me."
You blushed, resting your head and hiding your face on his chest, the sound of his heartbeat much better music than any Christmas song you've ever listened to.
~~~~~~~~~~
bruh...this...was so fluffy I almost died. I hope me almost dying of fluffiness was worth it to you, @poulterfilms
hi do you think you could write anything for Kenny. maybe instead of Casey being his first kiss it could be the reader :)
Yes, of course!! Honestly, love that idea. Casey didn't deserve to be his first😤
~~~~~~~~~~
You had no idea how you let your life spiral this out of control. One day you were trying to fight off thugs trying to steal your friend's iPhone, now you're smuggling thousands of pounds of marijuana across the Mexican border.
It was funny because Casey wasn't even really your friend, just a mutual. You both were couch hoppers who just happened to be staying at the same house. Somehow, she roped you into this whole drug smuggling road trip, but at least you were getting paid if everything went off without a hitch.
You didn't know what was worse, wearing ridiculous pastel clothing or having to deal with Casey's attitude the entire time. The one good thing about the whole debacle was Kenny, the guy who tried to save you and Casey from those thugs. You felt pretty bad for the kid, he was obviously not very well suited for the horrors that the world often thrusted upon everyone at some point, but you did find him endearing.
Kenny was probably the nicest person you had ever met. You didn't have many nice people in your life, so it was a pleasant change, but it did take some getting used to. At first, you were just suspicious of how nice he was, thinking that maybe he expected something in return for his kindness, but he didn't.
Casey would always tease you about how you'd blush whenever Kenny gave you a smile. You thought he had the most precious smile, it was hard not to get flustered by it. What really solidified your crush on Kenny was when he sang Waterfalls by TLC word for word, with more confidence than you'd ever seen in him before. You absolutely hated that song, but after that, you found yourself thinking it was more catchy than you originally thought.
Kenny was totally oblivious to any and all flirtatious comments you made towards him, any longing stare just completely went right over his head. It was frustrating, but considering his lack of experience with most things, you couldn't really blame him.
After getting towed by the Fitzgerald's and being allowed to camp out in their own motorhome, you found yourself more and more anxious to make a move on Kenny.
It was an almost perfect situation; David and Rose were busy tolerating Don and Edie outside, Casey was in the bedroom part of the motorhome, leaving you and Kenny sitting in the main lounge. You both were having a nice conversation about some movie that you both liked, and you just couldn't help staring at those pretty plump lips of his.
"Y/n?" Kenny's voice snapped you out of your trance.
"Huh?"
"You were dozing off a little bit, are you sleepy?"
You sat up straight, shaking your head. "Nah, I'm okay. Just a little tired of talking about this, is all."
Kenny's eyes immediately widened. "Uh, we can talk about something else!" He stuttered, making you giggle. "Or we don't have to talk at all, we can just...sit, I guess?"
You stopped giggling, scooting yourself closer to him subtly. "Since I've known you, there is something I've been curious about." You said, the tone in your voice dropping an octave.
"What?" Kenny smiled innocently, once again being oblivious to the slight seductive tone in your voice.
"Have you ever had a girlfriend?"
Kenny's smile instant dropped, a bright red blush quickly dusting his cheeks as his mouth gaped at your bold question. "Uh, um, uh-" He stuttered, soon clearing his voice. "No..."
"Have you even kissed a girl before?"
Kenny huffed, an annoyed expression on his face that almost shocked you. "If you're gonna pick on me, then I'm just gonna leave." He went to stand up, but you quickly held onto his wrist.
"No, no, I'm not!" You quickly reassured. "I wouldn't do that."
"Casey would."
"Well, I'm not Casey." You offered a soft smile. Kenny gave you a weak smile in return, the fact of never been kissed before still making him feel like some sort of outcast. "Hey, it's okay that you haven't kissed anyone before. It's different for everyone, and it's not a big deal either way. At least, in my opinion."
"I don't even know if I'd ever be a guy worth kissing." Kenny muttered sadly.
You frowned, taking one of Kenny's hands in yours. "Don't say that, cause that is not true. You're handsome, really handsome. And any girl would be lucky to kiss you."
Kenny blushed yet again, a nervous smile gracing his lips. "Thanks, but I don't know if I completely believe that myself."
"I'd like to kiss you." You said bluntly.
Kenny's eyes widened. "R-Really?"
You nodded your head with a smile. "Mhm." You hummed happily. "Is that okay with you?"
Kenny blinked a few times before nodding his head vigorously, almost as if he thought he was dreaming just for a second.
You moved to sit right next to Kenny, gently cupping his face with one hand while the other rested on his shoulder. His eyes were wide with nervousness and anticipation, glancing back and forth between your eyes and lips. "Close your eyes." You whispered, and he was quick to listen to your instructions, but you still could feel the tension in his body. "Just try to relax."
You briefly licked your lips as you slowly leaned in, Kenny flinching slightly as you lightly grazed over his lips with yours, finding unexpected pleasure in the way his breath hitched as you gently rubbed the tip of your nose against his.
You finally connected your lips with his, hearing him take a deep breath as he experienced what it was like to kiss someone for the first time. Kenny didn't expect how good it would feel, it felt totally different from practicing on his hand or pillow. He was finally kissing someone, someone he really liked. He couldn't believe how lucky he was.
You pulled away after a few seconds, looking upon Kenny's adorable smile. "Well?"
"That was...incredible." Kenny beamed. "Was I okay?"
"Yeah, you were. But that was just a simple peck. If you thought that was incredible, you're gonna be blown away by French kissing."
"Will you teach me?" Kenny asked timidly.
You bit your lip, running your hand up and down Kenny's arm, giving the boy goosebumps.
"I'd love to."
A few months had passed since you and your friends had finally made it to the Safe Haven, your forever home that you all had dreamed of having for so long. It was everything you’d wished it could be and more. Warm, peaceful, hidden far away from all the horrors of the wreckage of a world you’d left behind.
Fun. It was definitely fun as well, nobody could say that it wasn’t. Bonfires had become a regular occurrence fairly quickly, and tonight happened to be one of those nights.
Laughter, rambunctious chattering from all around, the faint strums of a guitar, and clumsy dancing by the flickering flames. Most nights you would happily stay until the very end, not wanting to miss a thing. However, tonight was an exception. It was barely halfway through, and you were nowhere to be found.
