Q. Do you remember what you did with your first paycheck?
🐻: My dad had a clothing business for a very long time. In order to get the clothes, he would have to go to the Dongdaemoon market in Seoul at dawn, and come back and sell them. He was doing this, and since he was constantly driving, it was a lot of distance. I went on a trip with my dad once, and I looked over and saw that it said 500,000 km (on the dashboard).
🗣️: Because he was driving long distance every day
🐻: I thought I should get my dad a new car even if it's just once. So I traded out his car for a new one
🗣️: Right now, that car would have been switched out again, right?
🐻: Of course, it's been traded out twice.
🗣️: But what car is it now? just tell us a little bit
🐻: Oh, just the best

🐯 I kind of think that I didn't have the skills back then and I thought that I should work hard to do better like the other members so that I wouldn't be a burden on them.
🐯 It was a big motivation.
🐯 Ah, if they do that, I have to follow them. It was like that. They worked really hard and did really well and were so cool. They were my friend, my hyungs, and my dongsaeng, but when they were preparing for the stage and were performing, they were more amazing than anyone.
🐯 And so I think always look at them and learn from them.
🐯 Because of our members, my personality changed a lot. Long ago, if someone threw a rock at me, I'd say, "It hurts, it hurts", and I'd be in pain and struggle by myself and that struggle would show.
🐯 But I thought many times that I couldn't let that small rock knock me down. I'm one person out of seven after all. That one person can't be weak. I have to become strong. I think that's how I came to be strong.

🐯: (My album) /It's layover. I think there's no straight line to my life's final destination. So (this album's title) implies that I, who'd been just running non-stop, look back and think about what I am good at, what I like and reach that destination at slower/steady pace.
