yk, there's a vibe in literally everything you do if you look for it. Morning coffee? Cozy, start of the day which may be interesting. Going home on a subway? You're moving, with a clear goal and about to have a good rest. Sitting down to just exist with music? Calming, expressive. Everything has a vibe, just look for it

I have my own story to add here
During the revolution my family was forced to flee moscow to Siberia with a single chest of belongings (we still have that chest), they were jewish so the move made sense. My grandma had to survive soviet prosecution, hiding the fact that she was Jewish and seeing her neighbours disappear. It left a terrible generational memory, our lives have been in threat because of who we were and then because of the collapse of the soviet union and the 90s crisis hitting. We made it through, and in 2004 i was born. While my family, i would say, lost out jewish heritage (my mother is trying to reconnect to it), we still carry that memory. With me being queer and mentally ill, i would say that the history is repeating itself, but if we survived this once we can do it again
fucked up history is pretty great tbh. it’s like when i mention that imperial russia was doing hunger games shit to its Jewish populations in the 1880s. ppl are like what. and i’m like yeah :)
some lectures in uni turn into alphabet soup within half an hour and you just gotta accept that reality
