Mareaisy (Mario/Peach/Daisy)

I'm breaking this 'cule into parts, since they have a slightly different dynamic with each other-

Mario x Daisy

As @peaches2217 so eloquently put it, these two are like children on the playground bullying each other to show they like each other

I don’t intend to spoil anything, but they really have a Deadpool x Wolverine dynamic, but they’re constantly switching who has whose energy. (e.g., Mario sometimes has Deadpool energy, sometimes he’s more Wolverine, and vice versa)

They’re also very: “Fuck you.” “Fuck me yourself, you coward. :)”

As mentioned in a previous post, Daisy will sometimes literally scoop Mario up in their arms to kiss them. Despite his heavier frame, Daisy’s STRONG, so they have no trouble picking him up to do that. It also gives them a chance to tease him for being short.

They have and will blow something up if left alone together for too long. They’ve also tried to make a cake to surprise Peach, which turned into a food fight involving cake batter, flour and icing. They were shortly thereafter promptly banned from the castle’s kitchen without supervision.

They’re extremely sassy with each other, almost to the point where it seems like they hate each other from an outside perspective, but they actually love each other almost to the point where it’s gross

🌶️ In the bedroom (NSFW): Daisy’s the top, and pegs Mario. ‘nough said. They don’t OFTEN go to this base with each other, but it’s guaranteed that Mario will have a hard time walking for the next day or two when they do. Sometimes Mario tries to switch it up, but Daisy almost always shoots him back down; they just tease him too much to let him get into the ‘top’ position, y’know? There have also been several times when Daisy’s slept over where Luigi hasn’t even known that they’re there, and they scare the shit out of him almost every time they head into the kitchen the next morning. Luigi’s also found… questionable things, to put it lightly, in Mario’s room sometimes after Daisy leaves. (They have their own rooms, technically, but they got it set up so there was nothing but a [surprisingly soundproof] door separating them)

Mario’s favorite date with Daisy: When they went and explored one of Bowser’s abandoned mini-castles near the Mushroom Kingdom, before proceeding to “accidentally” set it on fire (nobody was hurt, ofc!)

Overall: Friends-to-lovers meets playful, almost-mean banter meets Poolverine vibes except both are sometimes Deadpool and THAT is when they get into trouble- 10/10 ❤️🧡

Peach x Daisy

Daisy and Peach are the classic friends-to-lovers trope. They got introduced to each other fairly young (Peach was maybe 6-7 and Daisy was 5). It was mostly for political stuff (mostly “babysitting” while their parents were conducting allyship stuff), but there have been times where they just ran off to hang out outside of their royal duties. This “running off” mostly involved playing in the woods near Peach’s castle (or near the oasis just outside of Birabuto). Daisy was taught how to play nicely with animals and Peach learned a few fighting skills from Daisy, especially when they were a little older.

Suddenly, Daisy stopped coming around. News of the King and Queen’s passing reached the Mushroom Kingdom, and then it made sense to Peach: Daisy was mourning and likely traumatized from getting kidnapped, of course they’d need time before feeling comfortable leaving their kingdom again.

When Daisy finally came back, they were about 22-23 at the time, and Peach fell HARD for them. Daisy looked completely different from the last time she had seen them, and they looked good. Daisy also fell HARD for Peach. When they got home after that first visit, they thought they were having a heart attack, or got food poisoning, or contracted some sort of Mushroom Kingdom-specific disease. But, no, it was just love. :)

🌶️ In the Bedroom (NSFW): Peach is a pillow princess, full stop. Daisy isn’t nearly as rough with her as they are with Mario, unless she specifically requests it. They also almost always do that at least once per visit (i.e., if Daisy goes to Peach or vice versa). Yeah, uh, Daisy’s feelings for Peach are more sexually charged than their feelings for Mario, but they still love him the same, of course.

Peach’s nicknames/pet names for Daisy: sweetheart, dear, love, honey, baby (it’s hard to come up with nicknames when your partner’s name is a two-syllable word-)

Daisy’s nicknames/pet names for Peach: Peaches, Peachy-pie, cutie-pie, sweetie, sweetheart, baby doll, my love

Daisy’s favorite date with Peach: when they went to Bubblaine together, just the two of them. It was super nice, super romantic, surprisingly chill (largely because Bowser KNOWS not to touch Peach when Daisy’s nearby)

Peach’s favorite date with Daisy: Their first date, which was a stroll through Mushroom Woods followed by a picnic on the tallest hill on the outskirts of Toad Town

Overall: very cutesy, very demure, very respectable yet very spicy~ 10/10 🧡🩷

Mario x Peach

Mario’s much more polite with Peach; he’s like the “take you out to dinner and then ask to kiss you even though you’ve been on dozens of dates already” polite

Mario is Peach’s knight in shining armor, and she makes sure he knows it, often spoiling him, especially with snacks/cakes/etc.

When they have a planned sleepover, it’s usually at the castle. The last time Peach slept somewhere other than Daisy’s or her castle, it didn’t go very well, and it nearly gave poor Toadsworth a heart attack.

Mario and Peach’s dates are far less chaotic than his dates with Daisy – they usually go for a stroll around the kingdom, grab lunch or dinner, head back to the castle before Toadsworth has an aneurysm over his daughter (/hj) - They’ll sometimes sneak out to look out at the stars at night; Mario knows a place that has the most beautiful view of the entire kingdom AND the sky that they can go to

Mario would, quite literally, go to the ends of the world for Peach, dropping everything to go rescue her if she needs him

🌶️ In the bedroom (NSFW): Peach, again, is a pillow princess, and Mario tops. He’s super gentle with her though, making sure she’s doing okay throughout and that they take a break if either of them feels like they need it. He doesn’t exactly have the facilities to do anything penetrative, BUT they’re able to make it work (you can probably fill in the blanks there)

Luisley (Luigi/Peasley)

Peasley (sometimes literally) sweeps Luigi off her feet every time they’re in each other’s company. He’s always spoiling her and making her feel like the princess he thinks she deserves to feel like

For their first anniversary, Peasley got Luigi a golden locket with a heart engraved on it. Inside are his favorite pictures of him and Luigi. Luigi has not taken it off since then, except to shower so it doesn’t rust, along with getting him a bouquet of gold and green roses (he continues to do this every anniversary, and brings him at least one red rose whenever he visits her in the Mushroom Kingdom) and treating her to the fanciest candlelit dinner in Nin, complete with an orchestra and a small fireworks show afterward (the fireworks were at the castle, and they were in a spot on the other side of the kingdom, so it fortunately wasn’t too loud for Luigi).

Luigi gets along well with Queen Beansgrove and the other members of the Beansgrove’s royal staff, such that he’s welcome without any prior notice at the castle

Luigi runs off to Peasley’s once or twice a month – not that Mario’s complaining of course, he’s happy Luigi found someone who makes her happy, truly. He would just appreciate a heads up sometimes so he knows not to worry if Luigi suddenly goes missing. Most of the time, when they leave, they can’t stand being away from each other for more than 2-3 weeks at a time, so they make up for the absence when they’re reunited, if you catch my drift.

🌶️ In the bedroom (NSFW): Peasley and Luigi tend to switch. Peasley is usually the top, but when Luigi is feeling confident enough to top, Peasley is still a power bottom. He knows what he wants, and he still takes control even when Luigi’s on top.

Luigi’s favorite date with Peasley: Also their anniversary date! It was a little extreme, in her opinion, but she knew it came from a good place. Nobody would do that much if they didn’t care about you, you know?

Overall: Very Prince Charming/Cinderella vibes, kind of. You better respect Luigi around Peasley or he’ll make you (with his sword 😊). 100/10 best beans 💚💛

Changes

So! You'll probably notice right away that I gave Luigi longer hair! I based her hairstyle off of this one:

(I had used a different picture in a previous post, but I found this one and thought it fit Luigi SO much better-)

He's got a different voice too! (And so does Mario-) I decided on Matteo Lane for Luigi's voice, but it was a tough pick between him and Eric D'Alessandro. (For context: They're both comedians on YT, I'm pretty sure they're both Italian-American too? Anyway, big Mario & Luigi vibes from them, at least to me. Especially from this short:

I also made Luigi a little paler in comparison to Mario. Mario's constantly going on adventures, so he's bound to be a little tanner, y'know?

Fun Facts!

Luigi's really into gardening (he does have a green thumb, after all, seeing how he got Peasley), and usually has Mario take a couple flowers for Peach if he hasn't seen her in a while. He actually has a little patch dedicated specifically to flowers Mario can take for Peach.

He also has some surgical scars on the back of his legs, as well as on the sides of his feet (related to operations for his cerebral palsy)

Since Mr. L is meant to be the opposite of Luigi, and seeing as he can make robots fairly well (not always, but you get the idea-), I actually decided to make Luigi a little bad at engineering as a result. He can fix things up fine, but building something from scratch? Forget about it.

And there ya go! That officially means the main four are redone! I don't know if I'll redo any of the other character sheets, but I'm really happy with these for now. (Especially Luigi's, I think he's my favorite now sorry Daisy)

Mario Family

These first two are screenshots, where I use dark mode. When you print it, it comes out in light mode, like the third screenshot, for some reason. :/

Louise and Marco are high school sweethearts who got married after Marco finished his trade school construction training (so, they got married in their mid-20s) and had (Mario) and Luigi when they were close to their 30s. Marco got held back in school for a couple years, so they eventually caught up with each other and even graduated in the same cohort. After having twins, Louise quit her job as a chef to raise her family. Especially since Marco would sometimes get home late from his construction job, someone had to be there for the boys. After sustaining a work injury, however, Marco no longer works, though the disability he gets is enough to cover the four of them. Once the boys were old enough to start caring for themselves, Louise got a job as a waitress at Punch Out! Pizzeria

Marco got a back injury that now requires that he use a cane when walking (not around the house, but when he goes out) – herniated spinal disc - I looked into this; this matches the EXACT requirements for disability listed with Social Security in the US

Marco, Louise, Mario, Luigi, and Lorenzo (Louise’s dad) live together in a three-bed apartment (one for parents, one for Bros., one for ‘zo) (The closest I found to what I think it looks like is this: 109 E 93rd St Unit 1, Brooklyn, NY 11212 - Apartments in Brooklyn, NY | Apartments.com)

Uncle Tony is a mechanic and runs a car repair shop near Punch Out! Pizzeria, and lives across from the Marios’ apartment in his own place. This doesn’t stop him from occasionally overstaying his welcome, though.

Uncle Arthur is the one who went into the plumbing business originally. He originally went to school to pursue a STEM degree (exact degree TBD), but his family couldn’t afford to send him to a university, so he went to trade school with Marco instead, so he’d at least be able to have a stable job. He really doesn’t like it, though, so he never brings it up when asked about it.

Marie works two jobs: One as a hairdresser, and the other as a waitress at Punch Out Pizza, which is where Arthur met her 😊 He was immediately just SMITTEN with her and asked Louise to hook him up

Marilyn is pretty into photography, so, once Mario and Luigi moved to the Mushroom Kingdom indefinitely, Luigi gave her his camera so she could pursue it

Marilyn’s also gay :) And since Arthur and Marie are a lot more chill about that, they accept her without any hesitation

Lorenzo (Mario’s maternal grandpa) was born just before WWII. He doesn’t really remember anything of it, though. After meeting Bianca (maternal grandma) and having Louise and Marcello (they were about 3 and 1 year old, respectively), they left for the US, settling in Brooklyn. Marco’s parents moved to the US when he was five (shortly before having Tony), also settling in Brooklyn.

Peach's Family

Similarly to movie!Peach, Peach ended up in Nin when she was young, having no recollection of her parents from the real world. She was orphaned as an infant and was put into the foster care system. Her little kid brain saw a shiny pink thing and went running towards it, not knowing (or really caring) what it was. - Side note: Peach isn’t her legal/Earth name – she just likes the color pink and her hair looks like a peach, so the people running the foster care call her “Peach” or “Peachy” as a nickname.

UNLIKE movie!Peach, Peach arrived in Nin alone, without anyone waiting for her. However, one of the castle’s researchers happened to be walking through the forest for an expedition, found the child, and brought her back to the castle once she had calmed down and was willing to go with him. Since ‘Peach’ was all she knew her name as, that’s what she was called.

Toadsworth was sitting as current ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom, seeing as the King and Queen had both been lost during the Mushroom War (vs the Koopas). When the girl was brought to the castle, Toadsworth was INFATUATED with her (IN A PATERNAL WAY). He saw so much potential in her, and she also gave him the opportunity to be the father he would never be able to be otherwise. (To explain: Toadsworth is infertile, and never was able to have his own children)

Not knowing how to take care of a human child made things a little difficult. Fortunately, getting advice from Sarasaland (Daisy and Azalea are human [to an extent], after all), Toadsworth was able to raise Peach like his own.

Once Toadsworth and the other royal advisors deemed her ready (she was ~16y), Peach was officially crowned the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. She was much happier here, and truly felt like part of a family, since all she had known before that was the New York foster system. - She has Scandinavian ethnicity, but she was born to American parents, so all she has that reflects that are her hair and eyes

Daisy's Family

Daisy and Azalea are the only ‘humans’ to be BORN in Nin (out of the current main cast). Their ancestry goes back to where their family had been in Nin for at least 5000 years, and the earliest humans (who got there from Earth) can be traced back to Egyptian heritage.

There were several pipe entries to Sarasaland around the world, and those four areas formed distinct kingdoms (Chai, Birabuto, Muda, and Easton) and there are contracts in place to keep peace between the kingdoms. Birabuto had a district of the kingdom called الارض الذهبية (“Golden Land” in Arabic, according to Google) which is where the emperor’s castle resided, from which they ruled all four kingdoms. It also had its own town, market, etc. It was basically a kingdom in its own right, but it was just a district.

Princess (now Queen) Lotus ruled Sarasaland, and (now King) Zinnia was one of the commoners in Birabuto. Despite insistence that Lotus marry someone of royal status, Lotus was just enamored by him, and eloped in Chai. Little did she know that Zinnia was actually of Chai descent, so that partially worked out in his favor. When news of the missing princess spread back to Birabuto, her parents were livid, and almost flat-out declared war on the Chai Kingdom for allowing this to happen.

Turns out Lotus’s parents were corrupt AF, and nearly ran the empire into the ground, so they were banished from Sarasaland after their crimes were found out (the exact crimes are unknown to Lotus) (fortunately this happened BEFORE the empire could have gone into a state of disrepair)

Lotus came back to Birabuto, reclaiming the Sarasaland throne alongside Zinnia, helping rebuild the political climate in the empire before it got too bad. Shortly after they were crowned King and Queen, it was announced that they were going to have an heir to the throne (Daisy)!

A few years later, the King and Queen were expecting another baby (Azalea). They raised the girls (“girls”) until they were deemed able to fend for themselves in terms of food, their schedules, etc. Then, they were set to have another baby (their name was going to be Willow if female, and Chrysan (based on Chrysanthemum) if male), but then the events of Super Mario Land happened, and the King and Queen were murdered by Tatanga’s hand, killing the fetus as well.
