Will you ever drawing Dimentio without a mask? I would like to see some drawing with your own design or see what you think it looks like.
If we exclude the option of his mask being his face or there just being void behind it, I'd see him as a wrinkled ancient with skin disease. (which is a pretty common depiction but I just really like it)
I imagine he's older than Merlee but younger than Merlon.

Anyways, my gijinka Dimentio which took a few days to do, but I needed an idea of him for this story thing I'm working on for a reader! ♥ He maybe worked with my King Boo once upon a time.
His hair is inspired by the idea he's hiding behind it just like he does his mask. Why his bangs are wildly in his face.
Far left face is his usual expression. Far right you'll be lucky to see unless you actually make him mad somehow.

Okay, I forgot if I've mentioned this idea, I don't think so.
I have seen this idea going around that Floro Sprout roots are red. Blood red. This has inspired a new headcannon.
TW: Mentions of blood loss, brain death, possibly decay.
So, the floro sprout roots looks blood red because they are stained with actual blood, like how normal plant roots look weirdly water-stained. Now, where does this blood come from?
The part(s) of the brain that control conscious thoughts, free will, and emotion.
But what happens with a human circulatory system which connects the entire bloodstream together, now includes the Floro Sprout itself?
The human body gets slowly drained of blood while the Sprout feeds.
This means that the Sprout will take blood from the body, starting with the brain, and as more parts of the body die from lack of oxygen (blood carries oxygen around the body), the Sprout starts impacting the actual brain, making IT die as well.
Now, if, say... this Sprout were magically modified, then it could keep the body moving long after death, allowing for a fun little puppet that is completely dependant on the thing that is killing it.

This headcannon was partially inspired by a Pokémon RP of Luigi, where a bird pecks his head and reveals a dead Floro Sprout stuck to his brain, blood dripping from the roots.
I can't be the only person who thinks MOTI's cover of Friends on the Other Side fits Dimentio like his mask.
I don't think so. The Tribe of Darkness often eliminated mixed entities to avoid "tainting the bloodline", and Dimentio looks like he's one of those mixed beings, since he has the lower body of a human but the floating hands of whatever the hell Blelck is, so the Tribe would absolutely try to kill him.
Has anyone else noticed the similarities between Dimentio and Count Bleck? Their designs are pretty similar. The cloak with a head and a hat look is only shared by them. They both have one glowing eye for Grambi's sake! But what does this mean? Was Dimentio a member of the tribe of darkness?

I love Nastasia from Super Paper Mario, so I wanted to animate her doing the typical “anime glasses thing”. I used a gif of Kyoya from OHSHC as a reference but this was still by far the most difficult animation I’ve made. Overall though, I am super happy with how it turned out!
Recently, I’ve been working on a much bigger set of gifs for Super Paper Mario, but I’ve also had very little time to work on them. :(
So, for now, have an endlessly talking Dimentio, since he never shuts his mouth. (I love him though u__u’)
