okay so I broke my ankle on monday and im stuck in a boot for 6 weeks and have those horrible under arm crutches and i hate them so much. But its not the pain i hate the most (even though they hurt like hell) its the awkwardness and the fear of being stared at. I mean it could also be my anxiey but i just feel really fucking stupid using them especially since im to stubborn and proud to accept help so tis is really weird and frustrating. I am possibly able to get the elbow ones instead but i have no idea if there better? or look less awkward? Im in highschool so its an awkward place to be. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
