I Feel Like The Place Name In Question Was An American State? But Frankly, Its Been Years; Dont Quote

I feel like the place name in question was an American state? But frankly, it’s been years; don’t quote me on that. 

Where is that post with the picture of a college’s sign featuring its hilariously mediocre slogan, the one that’s like:

[Place name, I forget where] College One of the colleges in [place name]

I have few keywords to work with and can’t find it for the life of me… surely I didn’t just imagine this!

Does my computer’s lock screen really have to tease me with its ever-changing photography from around the world, especially in such dreary weather?

What, specifically, would you call this style? Because I can't keep telling people I'm looking for clothes to put together outfits that look like Lolita versions of Bilbo Baggins, as much as that is absolutely how I dress half the time.
