Why I like it so much..

Know what’d be awesome?

If in a comic or future series we have Megastorm as the main villain or a secondary villain leading his own team of baddies, he’s decently competent at it, enough to be a threat anyway, possibly causing one or two Autobot-Decepticon team-ups.

Imagine, during one of those team-ups, he’s giving an obligatory-villain-speech when the whole base shudders, he brings up the computer that tells him a ships docked with his base. He recognises the ship. Panic mode. He’s rushing about fearfully trying to clean up the place.

It’s his older brother.

He’s absolutely freaking out, his brother is bigger and badder than him. His brother is the goddamn Emperor of Destruction, he makes Megastorm look like a weakling. The trapped Autobots and Decepticons share a panicked look because ‘oh no’ Megastorm’s been problem enough but his brother?! His brother who is apparently worse than he?!? The doors open and the silhouette of an indeed, huge, mecha stands there looming over the room…

And that’s where the issue/episode ends.

Next episode starts with a recap of that scene building up the tension, the now meek-in-comparison Megastorm weakly utters a hello to his brother but he doesn’t get the chance to finish…

Before he’s swooped up into a MASSIVE hug and twirled excitedly around the room “OH MY DEAR BABY BROTHER HOW I’VE MISSED YOU!” The joyous voice booms “I haven’t seen you in so long! Look at you! I swear you’ve upgraded your frame you’re bigger now! Oh my darling brother it’s been too long! I’ve missed you so so soooooo much!” He places Megastorm down before locking icy optics onto his prisoners, despite their confusion the ‘bots and ‘cons energon runs cold…. “Are these your little friends? Oh did I interrupt a game? Oh my dear I’m so sorry! No matter, they can come too! Come, come, I baked plenty of Oil Cake, you can all have plenty of slices, come tell me how you’ve been!”

Megastorm releases his prisoners with a sigh “Yes Galvatron….”
