(Otachi poster by Ken Taylor as background) Xander, he/him, rampantly bi(cycling) . Notable for the supposed might of a THOUSAND (1000) lions and a lack of meaningful intelligence. I ramble on about a "couple" of things. This is intended to be broadly SFW, but you are likely to see a few beasts and critters (not recommending if you have phobias). I swear somewhat, though I moderate it a bit. Not hesitant to block if disturbed. Unable to donate. Racists, homophobes, transphobes, pedophiles, warmongers among others DNI.

I fear I won't be able to pull off the "Watch Heartstopper AND Godzilla: Minus One on the same weekend" challenge
.... no of course I can
I honestly love the use of visual motifs in Heartstopper. It's really cool, and honestly I just love the use of stuff like this in fiction in general as someone who looks into things a bit analytically.
... yes this was an awkward thing to say. I cried at this scene still, btw.
The growing friendship between Nick and Tao, as well as the between Nick and the rest of Charlie's friend group in general, is also just amazing considering where Nick was at before.

This song like randomly showed up on the radio and now it's stuck in my playlist for good.
My playlist is also utterly disappointing, tbh. I hardly know music. Granted, I should go searching for more stuff overall.

A starfish eating a mussel, while whelks and sea urchins wait for the leftovers By: Douglas Faulkner From: The Fascinating Secrets of Oceans & Islands 1972
Hello! I have a question!!! Y do baikal seals look... Like That? Like. No offense to them, love the pathetic wet beast vibes, but Why do they have those large eyes??? All the other seals do fine without the 🦭+🥺 impersonation, so is there an evolutionary purpose for them to literally be a walking (swimming? waddling??) emoji mashup????
Oh buddy you have no idea
So some of you may already know that Lake Baikal is the deepest lake in the world (scary)

(↑ Scary)
This also comes with a LOT of darkness within the lake. And if you're a diving carnivore who lives there, what can you do to help you see prey in the darkness?...

Obviously you need the biggest largest marble eyes possible on earth so they can pick up every single little speck of light! (Their numerous whiskers are also really sensitive and help a lot but that's offtopic.) That's what's going on with our little sweetie freak
I get these cramps on my left foot that TRY TO KILL ME
