DP X DC Prompt Where The Only Reason Gotham Doesnt Have Its Own Ghost Population Is Because Blood Blossoms
DP x DC prompt where the only reason Gotham doesn’t have its own ghost population is because blood blossoms grow throughout the city.
Danny gets dragged to Gotham by his parents for a ghost hunting convention. He feels fine at first, sticking to the hotel, but as soon as Danny goes out to explore the city at night he starts to feel exhausted and ill. He tries to turn around and go back to the hotel, realizing something is wrong, but winds up collapsing outside of the park where there’s a particularly dense flowerbed of blood blossoms. He transforms, lessening the effects somewhat, but Danny still feels remarkably ill.
Bruce sees him while driving back home from a social event. Just some strange kid trying desperately to stand up and walk– and falling repeatedly. Getting physically sick on the pavement. The kid is coherent enough to vehemently refuse being taken to a hospital, but can’t articulate much more beyond that. Bruce doesn’t know if he’s been drugged or what, but the kid is scrawny and covered in scars– possibly abused. Determined to do something and not let the kid waste away on the side of the street, Bruce offers to let the kid rest at the manor while they try and get in contact with his family.
The kid doesn’t even get to give him a proper answer. Bruce puts a hand on his shoulder to steady him and has to make a desperate grab to catch the kid as he faints.
Bruce takes the kid back to the manor where they try to figure out who he is while making sure he’s comfortable and not in life-threatening danger. The kid has no ID on him and doesn’t even have a cellphone (seeing as Technus smashed his last week). The kid seems stable enough– barring a strangely low heartbeat and remaining unconscious– but doesn’t seem to be improving.
Unfortunately for Danny, the manor is surrounded by blood blossoms.

Dc x Dp Prompt #4: Grand Custody Battle
Black hair and blue eyes. The two main features that Danny Fenton has that many tend to associate with Bruce Wayne and assume that Danny is somehow related to him. But come on! Everyone would've tried to adopt the young man as well. When they first met Danny Fenton, Bruce's adoption senses went off without a hitch. A child like him would fit right in with his family!
But hold up! Clark wasn't so sure that was all it took! For all they knew, Danny could've been a clone of him. It's happened before, so he shouldn't be surprised if Luthor or some other one of his enemies managed to try to clone him for the second time. So obviously Danny should be under his care. Heh, children. Diana knew that the little squabble between the two would be useless because young Danny would be going with her! Sure he may be a man, but he and his sister both had the hearts of warriors that she couldn't let go to waste in a world such as this. And when the big three began to fight over the parental rights over the child, there were plenty more soon to follow. Selina met the kid before. And while he did meet Bruce's strange little adoption checklist, there was more to him. The snarky attitude and sense of trouble just made her wanna pick him up by the scruff and take him back to her apartment. She was sure she could sneak him away from him if he did manage to adopt the kid. Harley and Ivy gained interest in the child as well. Well, mostly Harley, but Ivy wasn't going stop her from doing what she wanted. The kid had the bite and personality to make anyone wanna adopt him. And Bud and Lou liked him, so that was a definite plus in Harley's book. Lex Luthor heard of another child appearing that looked exactly like Superman. And while he hasn't seen any display of abilities, he was sure that he was special and he will just have to convince the child to work for him before Superman gets his nasty little paws on him. While people of all shapes, sizes, and species were coming out of the woodwork were coming out to adopt this child, Danny was just cursing the one time he left Amity in hopes of looking for some nice peace and quiet.
DP x DC prompt where Jazz and Jason have been dating for awhile and she’s managed to keep her past a secret.
Jason doesn’t pry for information; he trusts her and if she wants to tell him then she’ll tell him on her own time.
Only… once Bruce learns about Jazz and tries to do a cursory paranoid background check he finds a lot of missing information and concerning details about Ms. Nightingale, whose original surname was Fenton. He keeps searching until he’s finally found her family– or, what used to be her family.
Jazz’s family home is no longer standing and something dark and grisly happened that resulted in the violent murders of her parents inside that house. The Fenton children were never found following the incident– only one of them is now in Gotham (possibly both).
Jazz somehow realizes that Batman is investigating her and now has to try and hide the fact that she and/or Danny are responsible for the murders of their parents (following them hurting Danny).
She confides this in Jason, not realizing he’s close to Batman and a vigilante himself. Jason jumps at the chance to help her.

DP x DC prompt/story where, after falling through a portal in the Ghost Zone, Danny winds up in the heart of Gotham.
Danny knows right away that he’s in a different universe. The air feels… different. There’s some ectoplasm, but it feels foreign and wrong. Like hearing your voice through a recording.
Danny quickly tries to figure out how different this universe is to his own. He finds a newspaper and the articles he reads make his brows furrow together in puzzlement. Apparently superheroes and vigilantes are commonplace in this world. This city. He’s not sure how to feel about that.
He learns the city is called Gotham– and quickly realizes just how dangerous it is. Danny has been in the city for less than thirty minutes when a man tries to mug him. He manages to slip away uninjured, but Danny is exhausted from exploring the GZ earlier that day. He finds an abandoned building to hunker down in for the night.
It’s not until the next day when Danny’s predicament really settles in. He is lost in a dangerous city– in a different universe– and he has no idea how to get home… or if he even can.
