I absolutely love Dr. Brenner. He could turn out more complex than "lolevilbadman". I'm looking forward to the comics and tie-in novels so we can find out more about his backstory and what drives him to do what he does.

I think I fucked up. I watched Stranger Things in one night…I can’t get Dr. Brenner out of my head. I’ve watched it about 5 times since… I know his dark, twisted, psychopathic agenda for Eleven is borderline sadistic and purely for his own scientific and personal gain, but my heart melts at their fragile interactions. I know he is evil. I should not have feels. How fucked up am I?

I'm also saying that in S3 they seem to want to subvert everything from the first two seasons so why would Brenner kidnap Mike to control Eleven when he now has other modes of manipulation and mind influencing shown near the end of S1.

He clearly is going to take on a bigger project through using others to do his bidding without setting foot in Hawkins is what I'm saying.

Also why would he do something predictable that he's done in the past? That would just tip everybody off that Brenner is back and doing stuff. I see something more complex happening with him and with everyone this season.

I sort of miss when Doritos had flavor names like Nacho Cheesier and Cooler Ranch. 

I still think Dr. Brenner is going to be on the run globetrotting working on screwing shit up back in Indiana. I sort of think he'll be finding ways of evacuating the gang out of Hawkins from afar for reasons.
