I’m so damn tired of people saying “why do people like [character]?” or “why do people ship [couple]?” BECAUSE THEY’RE FICTIONAL CHARACTERS AND YOU’RE ALLOWED TO LIKE THEM. EVEN THE BAD ONES. Also characters are supposed to provoke different feelings in different people because, guess what, we’re all different and we all have unique life stories and emotions.

I'm worried that I'm setting expectations too high for Brenner's return, which will be a 15 second flashback cameo and then I'll be sitting through 8 boring episodes of Eleven and Mike's puppy love feelings, defying Hopper's wishes, sneaking behind his back and Hopper getting pissed off and punching Ted Wheeler or something.

So there is so much theories online, and there so much discussion about ST3 on this sub, that I start thinking that by the time ST3 comes out, the expectations are going to be so high, it might disappoint. Does anybody has the similar sentiment? via /r/StrangerThings
