I’m thinking about Suspicious Minds again and why in the fuck are the Duffers pushing so hard to make Dr. Brenner as grimdark and edgy as possible? Dr. Brenner is a fucking 1980s movie villain! He should be as over the top and extra as possible. For fuck’s sake, have him build some sort of evil device and give him a boyfriend or girlfriend to carry out his evil deeds or something of that sort. Make him Hopper’s arch nemesis that Hopper has trouble defeating. Have him laugh at the moonlight. He’s a mad scientist and needs to start acting like it. Just stop with this Shadow the Hedgehog garbage you’ve got him running on.

SURVEILLANCE Writer(s): David C. White Producer(s): Matt Reeves Director: Patricia Riggen Studio: 20th Century Fox Television/CBS Television Studios. Logline: A spy thriller about around the head of communications for the NSA, a charming operative who finds her loyalties torn between protecting the government’s secrets and her own. Cast: Sophia Bush, Dennis Haysbert, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Matthew Modine, Allen Leech, Raphael Acloque
I hope this gets picked up as a full series.
It's funny that Will's birthdate is Matthew Modine's birthdate.
Just sayin'.
Will Byers’ birthday falls on 22nd of March. It’s also the date when the spring begins. Temperature starts to rise up. So a trailer would be perfect on that day to ‘heat up’ the excitement until that “one summer which changes everything(4th of July).” via /r/StrangerThings

Could it be possible to make Dr. Brenner look any sexier? No.
