Th amount of lore in it is crazy, and if you want a long hard work rewrite for timepetals than this is for you.

Of Time and Tide by Aelwyn on ao3 is an amazing myth and legend AU with the eight Doctor being a merman and Rose being a werewolf. There’s fighting and fake marriage and an entire wolf pack. It’s amazing and if you love fantasy AUs you need to check it out.
