My family is always like, “oh, when are you going to end your little doctor who obsession?” Like never Carol, do you know how much there is to obsess over? 13 new who seasons, 26 classic who seasons, at least 15 books for every doctor, comic books, and don’t forget connected to doctor who but not really is the Sarah Jane smith adventures and torchwood. I’m going to be dead by the time I’m done obsessing over it.
Anytime some side character kisses the doctor a little piece of whatever is left of my soul slowly dies and goes to hell.

I have an opinion: Rose Tyler loved the Doctor when no one else did, and because of her the Doctor continued past the ninth. No matter what, he would’ve died without her. Their love was also the simplest out of any other romantic love that the Doctor had with future companions. No one will ever love him like she did again, and he will never love anyone like he did to her.
You know what I need? MORE OF WERWOLF ROSE TYLER!! There isn’t enough of that God level trope, and I love it. Doesn’t matter which Doctor it’s with, or how she got turned, but as long as she’s a werwolf I can’t get enough of it. GIVE ME TIMEPETALS WERWOLF AU

Something of the Wolf by Aelwyn on ao3 is also amazing, with a century old werewolf Rose Tyler and the Fifth Doctor. They meet in a future earth, where Rose is by now over 200 years old and has been living alone for years. It’s an amazing friends to lovers fanfiction, and it also has Ace, Peri, Turlough, and Leela relationships with Rose. Th amount of lore in it is crazy, and if you want a long hard work rewrite for timepetals than this is for you.
Of Time and Tide by Aelwyn on ao3 is an amazing myth and legend AU with the eight Doctor being a merman and Rose being a werewolf. There’s fighting and fake marriage and an entire wolf pack. It’s amazing and if you love fantasy AUs you need to check it out.
