A Tortured Poets Department
A Tortured Poets Department
Since I first saw the Fortnight music video (three months ago lol) I've had a idea of a story stuck in my head, which is practically based on the idea of a "Tortured Poets Department".
The Tortured Poets Department would be a company (?, located in no specific location but which could be in London or Florida (???, run by a tough woman of indefinite age named Cassandra Bolter. TTPD was created and is maintained based on the tragic and often premature deaths of frustrated poets whose souls are full of sorrow, the job of these poets is to write on typewriters in offices, ideas for great tragedies that may happen in the world. Cassandra keeps these souls in the apartment, making them forget all the details of their past lives with the exception of the feeling of sorrow, so they continue in the offices for eternity writing pain.
But, every few centuries, Cassandra makes the mistake of putting two souls who fell in love in their previous lives in the same office, and when this happens, they stop writing tragedy, and write secondary stories of love and happiness, something Cassandra does not. can allow, there is a reason it is The TORTURED Poets Department and not The Happy Poets Department.
The two souls that met this time were Clara Smith and Peter Robin (all the characters' names are references to songs on the album, yes), and Cassandra to prevent them from continuing to write happy things (she can't get rid of them, they are souls, are important) tries to erase both their minds that they ever met in the department and move them to another office, but they keep remembering and finding a way to see each other again.
I still don't know what the ending will be or if Clara and Peter end up together (probably not and it will make them both grow as poets and find new muses). Maybe I'll post it on ao3 (when I get an account) or maybe I'll never write it, but I liked the idea and had to get it out of my system somehow.

Edwin: Niko, why are you crying? Niko: This book is so sad!! Edwin, picking it up: But this is my diary-
i think it's kinda outrageous that we see only Charles with a saber (that was a saber wasn't it? I don't know much about it tbh) in season 1, when Edwin is the one who canonically fencing. and how dare they know that George really can fence and don't give us a chance to see it on a screen. i mean this kind of fight would suit Edwin so well with his sassy nature, love to show off a bit and his elegant moves and posutre. so in season 2 i vitally need the scene opposite to boxing one, but now Edwin would teach Charles fencing (that might be a flashbacks, cause we see that Charles can use this saber a little). but more than that i just wanna see more protective Edwin who defence Charles with his rapier and skills and Charles swoon over how hot this is. but if we also could have the scene like this when they both fight together holding hands, then definetley i would be the one who swoon over this.
Edwin just trying to read a book but every time he turns a page, his face gets peppered with kisses from his three boyfriends
