Don't Skip Leg Day.
Don't skip leg day.
10/12/2014
6'7" 303 lbs
Ran half a mile in ~5 minutes, walked the rest. Treadmill set to random. I need to bring this up to a mile in 10 minutes (instead of the 14 min I had today)
Squat: 4x5 295, 305, 385, 385 (I need to increase the amount I do and public scrutany would help)

Issues
I'm not going to lie- I think I hate school right now. I am supposed to graduate next year, but I'm doing shitty in my classes. I prefer to just work right now because it's my only way for human contact at this point. Seriously- I live in a city where people don't know how to introduce themselves or make small talk.
I really just want to drop out right now.
His hoodie... you gotta be shitting me.

Hypothetical question
So given that tips are how most people make money, why hasn't the far left and the far right compromised to create living, as well as "tipped" living wage?
I work at a job that pays above minimum wage with tips (though below Minnesota's new living wage at $10-something per hour) yet I made about half as much money in September than when I worked for the government last summer (10.56/hr + 8% PERA, with 13.5% matched, which translates to ~$12/hr excluding other taxes like social security, and thus translates to about $3500 for May-July 2014)
Now, while I understand that tips aren't always guaranteed- after all, my job tends to be more popular in the summer than in the winter, though it's known to get up to 70 degrees here and a spontaneous warm day can lead to a rush (people can also be self-entitled or even just come from another country that doesn't participate in tipping), I think there are some benefits to having a reduced living wage, including having some aspects of your income not taxed at all, and from my experience, people are more often than not going to tip.
Someday I'll look like that.
