Inktober Day 5: Build
New colours came today!, so excited to use them.
I said I’d outline in October and ended up reading instead 💀 BUT NOVEMBER I’LL FINISH MY OUTLINES I SWEAR LIKE I’LL EVEN LOG AT THIS POINT-
Wow, I'm growing. That realization has hit me cus I got my first job :D it's a sushi place and they said that work is gonna be tough but I;m just excited to get experience and learn smth new!! I feel so happy and proud and thankful
there was some trouble with late buses but it all worked out hehe

Ok it was my first day with the cane! It was a short school day and I actually didn’t need to do that much walking so I don’t know for sure, but I think it helped! I’m a little shaky today, maybe because I had a bit of anxiety going in. Anyways, it was nice! Not too many comments right now so that’s nice too.
I did hurt my hand a little because I didn’t know how much pressure to apply but I think I have the hang of it now. Tomorrow, I will definitely be walking a lot more and possibly taking the big staircase up to level 3 (I don’t have a doctors note yet so I don’t think I’m allowed on the elevators) so I’ll see how it goes.
Today:
I'm experiencing new found confidence and a drive to voice my fondness of what I'm passionate about.
I foresee that this will build until confidently expressing my admiration for those I look up to becomes an automatic habit.
This is a sign I'm on the right track, it feels very good.
The more driven and inspired I become the better.
Next:
I want to gather more material that inspires me. A vision of what an ideal version of me would be capable of. The biggest fire can't ignite without a spark. I feel ready to lay a foundation.

I ordered some things that will aid me in an extraordinary journey of radical self improvement. It will take a lot of discipline & patience but I'm excited to get started.

Putting everything in place to ease into my new routines. Planning out these routines making checklists, it's gonna be good.

Today I did some meal prepping and other preparations to start my journey. I already feel the effects of the healthier food. I'd like to incorporate more leafy green veggies though.
What's next
Tomorrow I will try the things I bought out for the first time. I'm excited and also a little worried since it can be a little painful.
Here is what I'm gonna do. Microneedling and minoxidil, a treatment to grow more hair. Consistency is key, that is gonna be quite difficult but I believe I can do it!

So I have been keeping up with the protocol. Its not too difficult.
Even the micro needling on 1.5 mm isn't too bad, my friend helped me with the back. But that was a tad rough.
Anyhow so far so good!
Meal prepping has been going well too, I tried some new exciting recipes. The diet makes me feel so much better when it's on point.
What's Next
I need work on my sleep. I keep waking up in the middle of the night. I'm gonna see if tea, an evening walk, no screens an hour before bed, meditation, might help to resolve that.
