Are you sure those are footprints? Because that I'm pretty sure is just an ink splotch. I never saw any others around it...

Update: I went there myself and this is what I found.

Before the pump switch task or whatever it's called, this is what it looked like:

So there's a high chance Sammy put that cutout there, but I don't think those are actual footprints. I'm pretty sure if they were, the developers would have tried a little harder to make them look accurate, and at least include more than one. Cool discovery though, today I learned something new!
