Do you think Adam and eve still loved each other after the whole apple fiasco?
Or they resented each other for something that was neither of their faults.
So they were stuck together in a loveless marriage, forced to bear a resentment that ran deep in their bones and hearts.
They hated themselves and each other. They hated their children, their flesh and blood, simply because they bore the blood of the other.
They would spend their days, miserable and lonely, never truly sad and never truly happy.
They stay away from the one that was made for them.
A marriage of convenience. A love of convenience.
They watched as their son killed his brother. Adam watching as eve would scream and mourn for a child that he and she loved, but detested at the same time.
And oh, how it would hurt to admit that admist all the hate they found love.
Eve died shortly after.
Adam stood beside her, holding her cold hand. A single lone tear ran from his eyes.
He wiped it away, confused of why he was in so much *pain*.
But how would he know, that he loved her, deeper than the wells of youth.
So he sat beside her, and weeped. Hating her for not Hating him.
.....
Seth buried two bodies that day.
Hot take: lucifer deserved much worse.
OK, one thing I noticed is that people give lucifer a lot of pass on some things for the reason of "Oh he's such goofball" or "he's so hot!".
And I think people forget who he is, there is a reason he is known as the most hated being in all of creation, it's because he damned so many people to live in suffering.
Every tragedy in mankind's history, is this dude's fault, and the only punishment he got for it was to be, by all means, grounded. He destroyed lives of so many people because of his selfishness.
Call me harsh, but sometimes your dreams are not worth the suffering of other people. Sometimes, you need to understand that your dreams are best left unachieved.
The count of every human life in history is 117 billion. That's too many, too many souls suffering for the pride of someone who thought he knew better than the literal creator of the fucking universe.
I have heard people say that he didn't know that would happen, which I respectfully call bullshit on that because there is no way a high ranking angel like lucifer didn't know what would happen.
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter that he meant good, for the path to hell is caved with good intentions.
Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
