I've been thinking about trying my hand at making some stimboards (my inspo? You lmao) but I realised I have no idea how to do the formatting or what looks good lol. Could you please give me some tips? Its ok if not, but if so TYSM!!!

welll id say the most important thing is credit. Credit credit credit. for character gifs, for stim gifs. make a system, maybe with emojis, maybe with letters, wtv, where you link the gifs

like i do with the [ x x x // x x x // x x x ] thing !! even though i make all my character gifs myself, i still link back to their respective starkid show 👍👍 BUT if you wanna use a character gif made by someone else, always link to that one .

okay now the boring part's over

i think color matching is a big thing too. im too autistic to make a board with like. two blue gifs next to each other and a yellow one next to them, instead of putting the yellow one in the middle. and i think it looks cool !! when its like. when its sorted well. do u get whag i mean

anyway if u wanna make ur own gifs from. lets say idk tiktok? just download the vid, copy the link & go to ezgif dot com !! its a super great website where u can make vids to gifs, crop them, adjust them, change their speed etc etc

i always do a little "with *wtv* stims, rq'd by *anyone*" section, and even though thats not NECESSARY, itll probably help u keep track of what boards uve already done & jusf make it nice and clean

i get like 90% of my stim gifs from tumblr. i just search *requested stim*, pick out a couple gifs that look cool & get the links to their posts, arrange them so it looks nice & thats kinda it !!!!!!!!
