Work it out

Most recently, I’ve gotten into hiking! Here are a couple of reasons why you should too:

1. If your hike is long enough and steep enough you’re sure to get a fabulous workout going up and down the trail. I didn’t think that hiking was such a big deal when I went on a few shorter trails. My most recent hike was only 3 miles and I was definitely breaking a sweat!
