His natural response is “Who?”

Not really though.

Anyway, he did get a bad feeling in his gut, but instead of listening to it he was like-

“Indigestion? Been a while but how you doin’?”

He just goes on with his day as normal.

Pecks before he sits down for breakfast.

All the way until he has to leave for work.

He was doing paper work for a recent villain capture when he got the call.

“Shoto, we need back up for a robbery. Normally we wouldn’t, but they- they have Y/n.”

That got his attention real quick. 

Grabbing his utility belt, he sprinted out of his agency taking to the streets, using an ice trail to get there as quick as possible.

When he arrived to the location he was given ( A quaint little bakery that practically screamed you), he wasted no time. 

He burst in, letting ice spread everywhere it could touch, effectively trapping anyone and anything in his way.

He let out a low chirp to try and find you, internally sighing in relief when you chirped back.

Shoto would waste no time at all finding you, unfreezing you only to carry you back home, leaving the other heroes to deal with the backlash

Not that they blamed him.

His omega was targeted directly, so to risk him going into an alpha rage just to melt it?

They would rather get arthritis chipping away at it. 

Later at home, Shoto would not let you out of his sight for the life of him. 

You couldn’t even pee in peace.

It was like a flipped was switch in your alpha.

All of his one barricaded instincts were now out in the open full force.

And as you laid against your alpha, in all honesty, you couldn’t be prouder.
