Funny how y’all don’t believe her in the audio recordings from before her concocted allegations where she straight up admits to being the aggressor and continually berates the shit out of Johnny for “running away from every fight like a fucking coward.” She also tells him she can’t promise him she won’t get violent with him again bc she “gets so mad she fucking loses it” (kinda like she did with Tasya), and guess who’s being the voice of reason and saying it’s imperative they separate when a fight breaks out bc “there can be no physical violence”? Oh shut the fuck up. How is an abuse victim winning a defamation trial against his abuser who made false claims of abuse going to get all other victims coming out against their abuser dismissed? No one accused Amber Heard of being the actual abuser when she first alleged abuse, and majority of the public had denounced Johnny Depp as a wifebeater for years until maybe the audio tapes of her gaslighting him and admitting to hitting him came out in early 2020.

Amber Heard is getting all this backlash right now bc tapes of her admitting to instigating physical violence and proceeding to gaslight her victim came out. If any other woman, or alleged victim regardless of their gender, accused someone of abuse and proof came out that they instigated violence and tried to manipulate the other party by gaslighting them? Yeah, for sure it will cast doubt on their story.

But the fact remains that real victims do not exhibit that kind of behaviour. Self defense, or “reactive abuse” (whatever you want to call it) presents and is very different from literally screaming at someone that they’re perpetuating the fight for running away from the conflict, that the violence they were subject to did not hurt them, that they are a baby or coward for expressing that your violence hurt them. It’s quite literally not the same.

The statement at the top is a completely non-sequitur because Amber Heard is not a victim she described herself to be. She is an abuser. If you are not an abuser yourself who exhibit the behaviour of one, like initiating violence, chasing your victim when they try to run away from you, blaming them for doing so saying it “perpetuates the fight”, saying it does not matter if you “throw pots and pans” or the equivalent, gaslighting your victim saying “don’t be such a baby, it did not hurt” or “I did not punch you, I was just hitting you”, then no reasonable person will say “oh you’re lying about the abuse/rape you claimed you suffered from, you must the abuser”. Because that does not make any fucking sense.

Mother fuckers see one man win a case and think it's over for women who've been through domestic abuse. It's not. Don't come to court making up shit you know is false and you won't have this problem.

Anyone can be abused even MEN. Not all women are fucking victims. Amber fucking heard isn't a victim!

No, the statement Adam Waldemen made was too specific and related to an event that was purely speculation. He couldn't prove her friends roughed up the place or that they got their story straight with an attorney for calling 911. It was a technicality, proves nothing.

Anyone that is upset at the verdict Amber Heard recieved and is screaming about the patriarchy and how this decision was influenced by sexism, please ask yourself:

-If you want people to believe her, why do you only believe her in the moments its convenient for your view on this situation? Why do you not believe her in the many recordings, in which she repeatedly says that she hit him, slapped him, screamed and threw things at him?

-What victim ridicules, insults and taunts their abuser repeatedly to his face?

-Why are you ignoring her constant attempts to lie?

-Why are you ignoring the clear evidence of her editing and staging photos?

-Why do you accuse everyone that testified in favor of Depp to be biased but not Ambers sister and friends?

-Why do you think that, just because he was an addict, he has to be an abuser and his memory cant be trusted but do not think the same of Amber, even though she herself testified to the many drugs and how much alcohol she consumed at that time?

-Why do you think its okay for her to scratch, hit and punch him, throw bottles at him, put a cigarette out on his face, put him down in front of his children, insult and demean him and terrorise him whenever he wanted space from her to defend herself from her abuser but you don't think its okay for him to insult her and write angry messages to his friends when she abused him?

-Is it really a valid argument by Ambers lawyer to say that she provided photos, videos and testemonies and it "still wasn't enough" for people to believe her, when they tried to do the same thing to Depp's evidence for the whole trial?

-Why do you believe its impossible that Johnny was Ambers victim? Do you believe that men can't be victims of domestic violence?

The jury did NOT believe she was abused. The only defamation count she won was about she and her friends staging a crime scene after consulting her publicist and lawyer then calling the cops back a second time bc the first set of officers left after seeing no evidence of a crime. They decided that one, extremely specific statement was defamatory bc there was insufficient evidence to prove she and her friends did those things that night, NOT bc there was insufficient evidence to prove the abuse was a hoax. If they believed he abused her he wouldn’t have won all 3 counts of defamation bc you can’t defame someone if you’re telling the truth.

so the jury recognizes that amber was abused, that the abuse she wrote about happened. but its also defamation to have written about what did happen? very contradictory, dont you think? what this says to me is the jury knew amber was telling the truth but the media presence was enough to pressure them into ruling in favor of johnny. which is exactly what he wanted. he made it a public trial in the court he did because he knew it was the best chance he had at winning and it fucking happened.

like Elame wasn’t the one doing interviews a day after the verdict dragging Johnny, his supporters, his team, social media, the judge and the jury, then when queen Camille and Ben did interviews in response to hers (which were nothing but respectful and polite with Ben even complimenting Elame and calling her a great lawyer) they were accused of being inappropriate and doing a victory lap. The only thing that’s “turning” are the gears in the MSM and 💩 stans heads trying to come up with ways to fool the general public into thinking Johnny’s the one slowly sinking into the abyss and not Ambuser 🤡 all this fake reporting about ppl “quietly unliking/retracting their support” in the wake of the unsealed documents (which they must’ve read in some alternate universe to think they’re more damning to Johnny than to Ambuser) is so transparent it’s laughable. I haven’t seen a single person citing the “bombshell revelations” in the pre trial documents who actually includes Johnny’s responses to anything. They just report whatever bs Ambuser/Elame said in the docs as if it somehow constitutes proven facts.

If the “tides are turning” in Amber Heard’s favor, then why hadn’t Warner Bros. publicly released a statement saying restored all her scenes in Aquaman 2? No to mention, that further slashed her scenes from the reported 10 minutes to now an abysmal 2 minutes? Not to also mention, she personally said she was fired (and rehired to finish the movie with no further contract, so she’s fired) from the film. 

Why hadn’t we seen anything from L’Oreal? She still has a contract with them and she’s still in the hot market, so if the “tides were turning” then why we haven’t see any marketing with her in it?

If celebrities and influencers are “distancing” themselves from their support of Johnny, then why hasn’t it transferred to Amber Heard? Also, if more people are “supporting” her, then why has follower count on IG has gone down since the unsealing?

These are the questions y’all should be asking.
